CHAPTER 35
"this doesn't make any sense" suddenly Jungkook said and everyone looked at him
"may i ask why?" Kai asked
"Jimin didn't you say that the person after me was Nyx " Jungkook asked Jimin
"yeah"
"And Kai isn't Nyx a very big shot in the underworld and is still active" Jungkook asked Kai
"yeah Nyx is a really very famous name in underworld" Kai said
"Then think about it guys why would Nyx such a dangerous person ,would work in your company as your subordinate" Jungkook said
" to get close to you or maybe keep an eye on you " Kai said
"no hyung , when i saw Youngho's profile i saw that Youngho is one of our oldest employ our company is not so old but still Youngho joined the company in the second year after the company was opened." Taehyung said
"and there is no way he would stay in our company only for Jungkook unless he could see future " Jimin added
"another thing , all of this started ever since we came back from Busan" Jungkook said.
"it makes sense , it looks like this youngho is just a pawn and there is someone else behind all this " Kai said "you guys should be more careful now i will do my best to catch Nyx , but you guys should not let your guard down at all , not even for a minute"
"Thanks hyung for your help we will be careful" Taehyung said before leaving.
Jungkook didn't know why but as soon as he stepped out of police station he had a very bad feeling , his instincts told him that something wasn't right.
Jungkook had always trust his instincts but today he forced himself to not believe his instincts , he really hoped that nothing would happen not when Taehyung and Jimin are with him.
"Jungkook what are you waiting for get in the car" Taehyung called out to him , Jungkook hesitantly walked towards the car and sat at the backseat with Taehyung while his Jimin sat at the drivers seat.
During the entire car ride Jungkook was anxious while Taehyung and Jimin were discussing about Nyx and all Jungkook prayed that nothing should happen.
"Hey Koo, are you okay?" Taehyung asked when he noticed that Jungkook was not talking .Jungkook didn't say anything he just nodded. Taehyung tried to talk to Jungkook , but Jungkook's replies were short
"ah guys?" Jimin called out suddenly Taehyung and Jungkook noticed the uneasiness in Jimin's voice . Jungkook's anxiety rose.
"whats the matter" Taehyung asked
Jimin's forehead was covered in sweat , his eyes showed fear
"what's the matter Jim" Jungkook asked impatiently
"the breaks are not working guys" Jimin said
Jungkook's heart stopped.
"Jimin i don't like this joke" Taehyung said.
"i am not joking" Jimin replied . Jimin hit the break many times but nothing seemed to work , Taehyung also tried to do something but he couldn't do much , he could only sit back and give advice and pray to god that everything be okay.
"WATCH OUT JIMIN" suddenly Jungkook shouted and Taehyung and Jimin looked up and saw another car coming towards their car , Jimin quickly turned the steering wheel but since the break were already failed , Jimin lost control of the car and the car flipped.
Everything became silent , it happened in no time , all three of them were just fine and now they were lying inside a flipped car. They were not even sure whether they will survive or not.
'if i survived Nyx then i will kill you with my own two hands' was the last thing Jungkook thought before his world became dark.
