The full moon that followed the next day after me turning changed me once again. I turned into a beast of legend, only spoken about in stories no one hears anymore. A werewolf, an almost forgotten clan.
When Bastian learned of my wolf awaking he didn't seem surprised but happy. He told me my true nature could only have been awake when you take a life. After he started training me for two years to become his most lethal weapon yet. His assassin. The training was brutal, he would have me on the brink of death and wait until I healed again do it all over again until I understood what he was showing me. When the first full moon came after I knew what I was I lost control and became a beast that almost killed everyone.
Bastian had no choice but to find the strongest witch he could and to make me something to control the overwhelming power of my bloodline. It ended up being a plain rope bracelet that looked ordinary but was blood bound to me and was unable to break unless there was an unbending spell with immense power applied directly into it.
After that, I learned how to use my new abilities. I mastered what everything he knows and started killing anyone he said to without a second thought. Thanks to my heightened senses even for a vampire I can finish the job within a day's time.
I walk into the place where everything started, where I took my first life.
" Hunter, " The name Bastain started calling me once I started this new life. "Glad to see you, I have someone I want you to take care of," He spoke as he was sipping from a wine glass. From where I stood I could tell it wasn't whine he was drinking.
" Okay, who is it?" I asked.
He didn't answer, he threw a dark shirt covered in blood and holes at me. I caught it with ease as I held it in my hand I could smell my next victim's blood with a mix of dirt and pine. Without another word exchanged I left.
I go to the roof, my secret place where I can be alone. As I sit there I look up at the night sky noticing the moon that plagues me like an injury that won't heal.
I set off the next day. Thanks to having werewolf blood I can walk in the day, unlike other vampires they'll burn if they try. With the smell of the blood still strong in my nose since last night I'm gone in a flash already following the trail like a bloodhound.
Bastian molded my sense of smell to its full extent making it one of my most powerful ability's I now possess, nothing can escape me. It didn't take long for me to find my target. They were in a city probably thinking that they'll be safe because vampires typically don't attack around areas where there is a lot of people.
" Ha, well I'm no common vampire," I chuckle at just considering the thought of what might be going through the mind of my target. I leap from building to building by roof minimalizing being seen. I stop on a five-story brick building that looks abandoned at first glance but my nose is telling me the opposite.
I close my eyes and breath through my nose deeply.
Male, six-two, middle of the room going through a backpack, frantically looking around for anyone, scared, traps all around the room.
I open my eyes and grin."Showtime,"
Starting from my roots on my head starts to turn white until it's taken over my once dark blonde hair, my previously brown eyes now an icy blue. Skin ghost white and claws for hands, razor-sharp fangs that could easily pierce the skin. In an instant, I'm now inside standing in front of the man before the sound of the glass of the window shattering traveled to his ears. Once he realized that someone was there he turned around face filled with fear and our eyes locked.
" What are you?!" He barks.
" A monster," I say holding up my claw-like hand in front of me with a laugh showing off my fangs. He takes a step back on full guard now ready to fight.
" You're here to kill me," He said.
" How perceptive you are and there's no getting away from me," I said fangs flashing as I spoke.
" You wouldn't be here if you knew what I am," He stated. Before I could reply he continued with an answer. " I'm a wolf,"
He stands there waiting for a reaction from me. He doesn't get one. So he stares at me for a few seconds.
" I did hope that this situation could've gone better," He said as he shook his head slightly.
At his words, his appearance began to change. His short copper-colored hair became black as the starless night sky, his silvery soft eyes became intense and brilliant golden color. After a minute the man has shifted entirely. A complete transformation, a wolf three times larger than a real one. With the deepest black coat, I've ever seen with practically glowing golden eyes. It watched me with challenging eyes, deep growls escaping its throat it filled the room threatening to shatter the windows.
" Well, I didn't expect this," I said, adjusting my position to a defensive one.
The wolf now standing in front of me starts snarling that transformed into words as they reached my ears.
" I'll ripe you to pieces!"
" Not if I can help it," I state, putting my fists up in defense ready to fight.
" You can understand me, now everything makes sense, you must also be a wolf,"
At his words, another growl fills the air. The windows break glass falling to the floor with a loud shatter covering the floor.
" This isn't going to end well,"
