The person who pulled ning xinmei and stopped lui yingshi was naturally tang mohan,he was about to explode form rage when he saw what was going on after talking to his dad for a few minutes and letting xinmei associate on her own,now he wished he came with her instead,at the same time he really wanted to destry lui yingshi's hands,the air around him was cold enough to make people thier existence and sense of direction,lui yingshi was about to yell at the person who was holding her wrist,but when she saw that it was tang mohan,she was speechless and put on a cute smile imediately

Lui yingshi:"t-thank you for stopping my fall mister"

Tang mohan:"well i had to,afterall i don't want my fiance's dress that i personally made to be dirty,especially if it was made dirty by someone who has a mental issue and is black but pretending to be white"

When he said that,some of the guests couldn't hold their laughter and laughed,which lui yingshi was livid with anger,especially when she saw tang mohan wipe his hands clean after he said that while still holding unto ning xinmei,she was really furious and jealous but could do nothing as she watched tang mohan take ning xinmei away

Tnag mohan:"why didn't you call out for me or something"

Ning xinmei:"brother han,i'm not a child,i can handle someone like her besides if i called you then people would view me as a coward and i can't let mom and dad take a hit for my problem"

Tang mohan:"sometimes when you act like this,you are so dazziling that i really want to lock you up so that you can only look at me with your bright eyes"

Ning xinmei:"sometimes i also want to lock you up,because you attract the attention of too many girls"

Tang mohan:"what can i say,but they can only look and not touch because only you're allowed to,and the same goes for you"

Ning xinmei:"okay brother han"

Then they went up on stage,gathered everyone's attention and told them about their engagement,there were a lot of clapping and cheering for the couple,at least from most guests,everyone was clapping besides lui yingshi who was still livid from furry,who was grinding her teeth after watching the events play on,her animosity was so strong that even the other members of ning xinmei and tang mohan's family felt it

Tang mohan:"do you know her"

Ning xinmei:"brother han,you know better than anyone of the people i hang out with,i've never met her before today,and she was the actresses i supposedly bullied at the incident in the airport"

Tang mohan:"oh,so that's her"

Ning xinmei:"brother han,i thought you knew her"

Tang mohan:"i said i had heard her name before,i never said i knew her"

Ning xinmei:"but her name was mentioned a lot earlier when you came to save me"

Tang mohan:"i was focusing on saving you,since when did i have the time for side characters"

Ning xinmei:"you're so cruel,half of her animosity for me came from me being too close to you,if she heard what you said,she might as well want to kill me"

Tang mohan:"why should she kill you when i'm the one who said it"

Ning xinmei:"because she likes you,and me being your fiance while at the same time having a family that is stronger than hers which granties her not being able to hurt will naturally add on to the hate"

Tang mohan:"it's not your fault you were born in a bigger and better family than she was,besides you are still humble even though you have both beauty and brains,but she only has a bit of beauty as for brains,if she had any then her animosity wouldn't be so big"

Ning xinmei:"if you and my brothers keep praising me like that,i'm afraid that my head will become bigger than the earth,and my nose will touch the sky"

Tang mohan:"just the fact that you said that already proves that it will never happen,even if it does,you have an awesome fiance who can solve everything for you so you don't have to worry about it"

Ning xinmei:"you guys are going to spoil me to death"

Tang mohan:"that's good"

Ning xinmei:"huh?"

Tang mohan:"Because if i spoil you to death,you won't ever think of leaving me because no one will spoil you like i do"

Ning xinmei:"jeez,so cheesy"

Tang mohan:"(haha)well m'lady,shall we dance?"

Ning xinmei:"of course we shall"

Then tang mohan grabbed her hands at took her to the middle of the ballroom,and they started dancing,they were so in sync with each other,the man was handsome beyond compare and the woman was gorgeous,along with the perfect movements,they seemed as if they didn't belong in this world,all the reporters who used up all their films to take pictures of ning xinmei were now regretting it,and the ones who saved some for a big event later were gloating as they took pictures of the two dancing

In the end the party was wonderful except for the occasional glares from lui yingshi,ning xinmei got to know a lot of people,and build some more contacts,this party was a special one because it was only for those families with at least 200 years of history,the ning and tang family has 1,000 years of history,and the all the reporters who showed up worked for the same company,just different branches and this company of released news to the upper circle of society,so although ning xinmei is exposed,not many people in the outside world know her,after all she doesn't want to be known as using her family influence to get popular

Later in the evening when everyone has left

Ning xinmei:"everyone,i have an announcement to make"

First brother:"you don't have to be so serious little xin,no matter what we will love you"

Second brother:"wait,are you?"

Tang mohan:"she's not,at least not yet"

Ning xinmei:"i want to join the entertainment industry"

When she said that,everyone besides tang mohan was shocked,not because he knew,but because he had seen how much of an interest she has in it and how she sometimes acts like different people then ask him his opinion,so in a way he has helped her with her acting

Tang mohan:"i'm cool with it as long as you have no bed or kissing scenes,and if you really like that movie but if has those scenes,then tell me"

Ning xinmei:"why,hat will happen if i tell you?"

Tang mohan:"since i helped you with your acting,i knew you were going to say this one day,so i also studied it,and will act with you if those scenes are needed"

Ning xinmei:"wow,brother han is so cool,but if we act together i'm afraid you're going to distract me"

Tang mohan:"trust me,you will be more of a distraction for me than i will be to you"

First brother:"hello,we are still here,and are you sure little sis"

Ning xinmei:"of course i'm sure brother"

Second brother:"okay,but if you are in need of anything,you better tell us"

Ning xinmei:"of course brother,but you don't have to worry about me,i will be fine"

Mom:"what's your plan for kids then"

Then they both ran upstairs before their mom could nag them again,the elders watching their antics were laughing while their dad was shaking his head

Tang mohan:"i'm coming with you"

Ning xinmei:"t-that's not necessary"

Mom:"of course it is"

Madam Tang:"yes,take her to bed son"

NIng xinmei:"mom~,i'm only eighteen"

Mom:"please,i was on year younger than you when i had your first brother"

Tang mohan:"don't worry,i respect you so i won't do anything yet,but when are we getting married"

Ning xinmei:"we can get married in two months,i've been checking dates,and that is a good date to get married"

Tang mohan:"sure,we will have a small wedding first then when you're twenty we will have a big wedding"

Ning xinmei:"okay,but what about the plan for the small wedding"

Madam Ning:"you guys don't have to worry about that"

Madam Tang:"yeah,me and your mom will take care of the peperations"

After everyone said their good nights,they all went to sleep after all they were tired from all the talking and interacting
