PA100 Arc: Bullheaded Ovala Academy!

Junko was walking through the woods back to the castle when suddenly he came across a relieving sight. Ashley was sitting down, biting into an already half-eaten watermelon. "Delicious," She moaned in delight.

Junko wiped the sweat from his forehead as he walked over to her, "Hey Ashley!"

Ashley cocked her eyebrow, "Do I know you? And it's Princess Ashley to you, loser."

Junko tilted his head, "I'm confused. Why do you wanna be called Princess all of a sudden?"

The blonde girl bit into her watermelon once more before scowling at Junko, "It's not all of a sudden. Now stop playing these ridiculous games and answer my question already."

"What question...?"

Ashley sighed with exasperation, "Ugh, how much of an idiot can you be? Do I know you? Don't make me ask again."

"Of course you know me," Junko said with a kind smile. "We're friends."

"We are most certainly not friends. I would remember if that was the case," Ashley retorted with a glare. "At most, you are a disposable acquaintance.

Junko wasn't sure what was going on with Ashley. But he decided to just play along. After all, they had to hurry and meet up with the others. Still, he couldn't shake this strange feeling...like there was something he was forgetting about...

"Now you can go dispose of this," Ashley ordered the boy handing him the watermelon peel.

Junko nodded, "Yes Ma'am." He took the watermelon peel and walked over to a nearby dumpster.

Ashley blinked, "Oh, you're capable of obedience despite your idiocy. Interesting..."

"So are you ready now? Junko asked holding out his had. "We have to go make sure Riley and Mentor Cody are okay?"

"Riley and Mentor Cody?" Ashley raised her eyebrows in confusion. Then a sudden light flickered in her eyes, "Oh, I get it know. Alright Junko, let's go save our team!"

Junko was taken aback at how quickly Ashley changed back to normal. "So you're not pretending to be a Princess anymore?"

Ashley rolled her eyes, "I don't have time to play pretend when our friends are in danger. Geez, even a loser like you should understand that much."

"But you were just..."

"Come on, let's go already! We don't have all day!" Ashley started running off in a hurry.

"H-Hey! Wait for me!" Junko quickly followed behind but stopped when a sudden thought occurred to him. "Wait...did she just call Mentor Cody and even Riley her friends...?"

Cody was standing across from a blue haired man in the forest. The man snickered, "You better wipe that confident look off your face before I do it for you. Do you have any idea

who you're facing right now?"

Cody raised his eyebrow, "Why should I care."

The man fell flat on his face in response, "You've gotta be kidding me…"

"Well, it's not my fault your Kingdom has fallen into obscurity."

"Geesh, rip out my heart why don't ya?" The man groaned as he stood back up. He pointed to himself with pride, "I'm King Aadolf's ace soldier, Damian!"

Cody shrugged his shoulders, "Good for you?"

"Show some respect dammit!" Damian shouted.

"My name's not dammit," The dark haired teacher said with a grin.

"Fine then, I guess I'll just have to make you show some respect," Damian realized as a malicious smirk was painted onto his face. "Moisture Transportation!" He disappeared in the blink of an eye.

Cody raised his arm as Damian reappeared, his leg striking against the big man's forearm. "You're gonna have to do a lot better than that," Cody taunted the infuriated man.

"With pleasure!" Five dots of water formed around Damain's fingers. He thrusted his palm forward and shouted, "Palm Pressure!"

A quick slap to the wrist knocked the man's hand into the floor. A kick to the neck sent Damian skidding across the grass. When he looked up Cody was standing right in front of him. "Wind Barrage," The Ovala King said as a million blasts of wind pummeled to Damian until he couldn't move anymore. Despite his inability to move, the ace soldier still attempted to do so. As soon as he moved a single muscle, the pain jolting through his body sent him right back down. "Oh well," Damian sighed. "We'll still get two kills in at least. The girl's already lost and that Fire User will lose soon enough. You've sensed their energy levels right? Both of them have dropped significantly."

Cody glared at Shaun, "Now I have to ask, do you know I am?"

"Of course, you're the 9th Ovala King. Although, I admit I wouldn't know if Shaun hadn't warned us about you."

Cody shook his head, "That's not what I'm talking about. Even more than that, I am the principal of certain school with a certain nickname. They call us, Bullheaded Ovala Academy. Do you know why that is?"

A powerful jab to the gut sent Riley back a few yards. The Fire User stood his ground, preventing himself from falling down. He stared at the ground with his black bangs shielding his eyes.

"What's the matter?" Gu asked with a prideful grin as he drew nearer to the exhausted boy. "All out of things to yell?" Riley just panted as he just stayed in the same position. "I thought as much. Listen kid, that girl on your team has already lost. And all it'll take to kill you is one more hit. Why don't you just give up?"

"Why don't I just give up?" Riley suddenly said with a chuckle. "That's an easy one." Riley thought back to the words Cody had told him and his friends back at the inn. It's because…"

Cody stared down Damian, "It's because…"

The Fire User raised his head, tears streaming down his face. "We won't kill and we won't be killed!" Riley and Cody both shouted in unison at the top of their lungs. "That's our motto, here at Bullheaded Ovala Academy!" Riley raises his fist as a heaping amount of fire ignited around it. He charged for Gu and swung his flaming fist at the man.

Ha! Good luck with that, you naïve little fool!" Blocking the attack with his palm Gu said, "Water Dispenser." Gu's jaw dropped when he realized although the flames were dissolving, they were doing their best not to.

"I won't…I can't die here!" Riley yelled enraged. "Not until I see her again!" Riley's free arm lit up with fire as he threw it forward and shouted, "Double Fire Punch!"

The severe flames knocked Gu to the floor. As the man got up, a swift right hook knocked him back down. Riley looked down at the man with a scowl, "And you know…she may be a cucumber seed and all. But Ashley won't die either! And don't you dare think otherwise!" Flames flickered around Riley's leg as he brought it forward, "Fire Kick!" The flaming leg knocked Gu even further back.

Gu sighed with a smile, "Bullheaded Ovala Academy, huh? I'll have to see what's that's all about for myself someday. But…I can't let this fight end here." He flipped back up onto his feet, much to Riley's surprise.

"No way, you can still move?!"

"Of course I can. It's a little technique of mine called, Healing." Gu scratched his head, "Although, I hate using it since it's not an original."

Riley sweat dropped, "If it was, I'd be called you out for your lack of creativity…"

"Still, you should be honored," Gu said with a warm smile. "I don't use this technique very often because of that. But you've managed to push me this far. And now to repay you…I'll show you just what it can do!"
