"Let's go!" Albert said to Kane and ran forward, straight to the giant black lizard.
Kane followed and removed all the weights he has on his body as well as resetting the gravity back to its original strength. Just a normal 2x in gravity made Kane almost go flat on the floor on the first time he tried since it is 10x originally, then add 2x, it will become 20x.
On the frontlines, a lot of dead bodies that were burning on the battlefield near the Black Dragon. Some are still alive and are retreating due to being wiped out. Meanwhile, mages and archers are attacking from the rear, however, arrows can't penetrate its scales nor does their magic could deal much damage. They can only annoy it...
Kane flew up along with Albert, directly going for the head of the dragon. Kane was charging his attacks, while Albert sped up to give Kane time to charge up his attack. They didn't even talk nor look at each other to do this decision. Both of them are great at adjusting in team, but they also prefer to do things alone.
Albert flew up and tried slash the Dragon's eye but the dragon was able to dodge by closing it's right eye. However, even if it did close its eyes to protect it with his thick eyelid skin, it got cut and bled. Because of that, the Dragon roars loudly.
Albert flew away from the Black Dragon, and the it retaliated with a swipe with its claws. Albert looked to the side and saw the attack, however, he didn't move an inch from his place.
Kane, on the other hand, had finished his attack and launched it forward, towards the claws of the dragon that is going to swipe Albert. After releasing the attack, it looked like blue-colored energy-based Shenron. This attack was inspired by the Soaring Dragon Fist.
The attack collided, Albert had already gotten away, and pushed the hand away as well created a loud explosion noise. But, it didn't end up there as the attack is still alive. This Kid Technique is what he called [Reflecting Dragon].
Just as its name suggests, it can reflect attacks with 60% of the damage the attack dealt to the [Reflecting Dragon]. It can also withstand an attack that is 5 times more stronger than itself, but will disappear and still reflect 60% of the damage received of the [Reflecting Dragon]. It's useful, but if you didn't charge it with enough power, it can only last a few attacks than the fully charged one.
The other three Great Spirits also came and fought with Albert and Kane. Aera was firing lots of wind arrows with high piercing power- did you think I would say penetrating? You lewd!
Edna was at mid range, blasting it with AOE damage like Flamestrike Spell which launches a bigger ball of fire than normal fireball magic, and it is also hotter even if you don't put too much Mana on the attack. Edna was using full power on each attack. Why? Edna and Calder... How do I say this? Had some history with each other?
Glen was attacking with gigantic rocks and launched them at the dragon like an Earth Bender would do. Since he doesn't have piercing ability, he resorts to blunt attacks. Such as a huge rock flying directly at it's face.
Kane was distracting the Black Dragon with his [Reflective Dragon] as the reason is clear that kind should help their kins.
The Black Dragon got angry and spat its fire on Albert and Glen as the [Reflective Dragon] had disappeared due to taking a lot of damage. Glen was hit and now was trying to put out the blue fire that had also burned the ground to the point that it became a lava even though it is cold up in the north.
Glen was able to save himself from the flames, but has sustained damage like burns. Edna thought she could withstand the fire due to her having high understanding of fire along with fire resistance perk when she mastered her control over fire. Unfortunately, the flames got her and her ignorance became her bane of destruction.
Another Great Spirit... died...
When Glen saw this, he got angry. Why? Because he likes her, but he was too shy to admit! And that's why they always end arguing to each other.
Meanwhile, while Edna was burning, she said some words which only the air and the ground could listen to.
"I'm sorry... I'm sorry, Glen... If I haven't confessed to you... My pride... couldn't take it if I were the... one to confess first... sorry..." She muttered as she was burned into nothingness in just a few seconds after she got hit.
Aera and Glen both heard this... How? Aera has become a friend of the wind, and now she can hear sounds from far away through the wind. Glen has a natural sharp hearing that could reach at least 5 kilometers, that is why they were the respective Great Spirits to rule their Kingdom.
Glen rushes forward in rage and started to launch attacks. He managed to hurt the dragon, but it was not enough. The dragon already had its scales burned, but not enough to completely destroy its scale. It also has some wounds from Aera, Albert, and Kane due to them being the only one who could pierce, slash, and crack its scales as they have an advantage against the dragon.
Due to rage, he attacked. But the Black Dragon was also attacking, but was a little faster than Glen. Aera saw this and so she flew forward as fast as she can. But, she's too late, and now both of them are on the doormat in front of the death's door.
Kane quickly used [Instant Transmission] and lock on to Aera. He tried to reach for Glen, however, he was too far and he could only teleport Aera with him on a safe area. And... Glen is dead.
"Sigh... It's best for you to let the two of us deal with it." Kane said and she nodded.
Then, a nimble man came.
"Alejander Vord, reporting for duty!" Said the man.
"Speak!" Both Aera and Kane said.
"The information says that it came from the middle of the world! And they said there is an underground dungeonin there from where the monsters are coming from. The Black Dragon also came from there!" The man said.
"Leave!" Kane said and stood up.
"What are you planning?" Aera asks.
"If we can't kill it, then we will put it back from where it came from. I know I am no King nor higher position than that, but you need to evacuate all people that lives in villages and cities towards the south, near the dungeon he's talking about." Kane said while looking at Albert fighting the dragon alone with difficulty.
Aera could only nod as she is tired and cannot fight any longer since she just used a lot of Mana tod eal that much damage.
Kane jumped back into action, and blasted the dragon to annoy it.
"Albert, we need to annoy it first and then we'll lure it back to where it came from." Kane said and Albert nodded.
After a few hours of fighting, they were only slightly exhausted as they only irritated the giant lizard.
"You can now do it! FAST!" voice of Aera.
"Let's go! To the SOUTH!" Kane yelled at Albert and blasted an attack to the other eye as the other was already injured.
Albert nodded and flew to the south first. On the way, the dragon stops and spits blue flames. So, in order to make it move, Kane punches its face by using Ki and shaping it into a fist.
This kept continuing, making it last for almost 45 minutes.
When they were near the middle, close to the dungeon, the Black Dragon turned to look to the side. That made both Albert and Kane widen their eyes. Both Said and Aria where in that direction. And now, both of them are even in their range of sight.
The Black Dragon exhaled its blue fire at the direction of Ais and Aria. Since Albert can't teleport, Kane did it and made a [Ki Barrier] around them to shield from the fire.
However...
Something unexpected happened...
A space rift appeared below them, sucking them downwards. Kane tried to save Aria and Ais, but can't save them due to himself being suck as well.
The fire stopped, and Kane knew Albert would die since he was exhausted. So, he sent a ball of energy towards Albert. This Technique which was unnamed, he named it as [Passing] as it literally passes an energy from one to another.
He also added healing on it with Hamon. Since Ki is an energy from life force, the stronger the Life Force, the more the amount one could contain Ki. Hamon was an energy identical to the sun's rays and is technically a life energy which is connected to the life force. Life energy was the energy directly connected to life force meaning, it is also one's lifespan.
The difference between Ki and Hamon energy was, Ki was placed on a physical container or a body, while Hamon was an energy inside the Life Force. The more Hamon energy you have, the longer you live and look more younger. Therefore, despite the difference, they are connected. Example, if someone drained the Ki on someone, they can also drain their life energy or Hamon energy.
When Albert saw Kane, his wife, and his dear princess disappear in front of him, he got angry. However, he didn't let anger control him.
And so, he decided to continue and lured it back inside the dungeon. Reaching further down into 60th floor. Yeah 60th floor.
After Albert successfully lure it inside, he never came back.
And so... The Legend of the Legendary Heroes was written in history books. Their names, looks, and what they did were written, sculpted, and passed down.
