      I opened my eyes and closed them immediately the bright light from outside entered my eyes. I felt around the bed to see it Daniel was still sleeping but it was empty. I decided to sleep back. My hand brushed on a piece of paper that was on Daniel's pillow.


     I'm so sorry I had to leave this way but I just had to. I know you will be hurt by this but forget about me. Im not worth it and I don't deserve you. I love you David so much that words cannot describe but i have to do this to end the pain finally. I hope you find someone worthy of your love.


      i look at the paper and read it over and over again to be sure I wasn't seeing things.


'David. Come quick', my mom said from downstairs. I rushed down the stairs to see her pointing to the Tv. On the screen was a report of someone who had just jumped from the bridge into the river below.


'I don't know son. I just saw this now'. I went back upstairs and put on some clothes and collect the car keys from the table. I started the car and drove off to the hospital.
