Connection

The warmth of a hand touched her face and she was shaken out of her thoughts. There was wetness against her cheeks as he swiped his fingers across them.

"I've always… thought you were pretty," Adam let out a quiet laugh, "… I was always nervous around you."

Eve breathed out a smile and felt his lips against the trail of her tears. He kissed them away as if he could kiss the wounds in her heart. Lips pressed and moved purposefully against her causing her skin to rise, causing her blood to heat up. Then his lips met hers and she sighed into it.

For so long she had waited for him: every single death, decades, centuries… she will always find him.

Tongues touched and danced like no time had passed between them; hips moved against one another earning a gasp from the man below her.

"How I longed for you," she hummed with their breath mingling, "How I had imagined us every day."

Adam let out a groan as Eve continued to ground her hips, pressing his shaft in between her firm cheeks. He pushed her gently back to lick her hardened nipple as her gasp filled his ears. Mouthing the perk before taking her left breast inside his mouth, tasting the firmness.

"Adam," he heard her moan and he felt the blood rushing to the surface of his skin.

Her fingers, long and slender, ran through his hair before pushing his head further to press against her skin. Eve used her nails to scratch along his scalp and he groaned against her. Grinding her hips in a quicker motion, she let out a soft gasp when his teeth bit gently on her nipple.

"Eve," Adam moaned and could not stop the twitching of his hips, as he finished in the crevice of her ass.

Placing his head against her collarbone, he took a few deep breaths as she carded her fingers through his golden locks. He came… faster than he wanted to. Face flushing brighter, he pulled away and looked at Eve with an apologetic stare.

"Sorry… that was… too fast. I couldn't hold back," he apologized with his eyebrows curved at the middle.

"What for?" She laughed and that tone… he was so turned on by it, "I am happy I can still make you cum," she whispered against his ear.

"Why would you even have doubt?" He couldn't help the grin on his face as she pulled back to look at him.

Leaning in, he wanted more kisses and more touching. Being with Eve was electrifying and safe.

Before lips touched, the surreal calm slowly crawled up his arms before spreading over his body. Eyes widening, he quickly got up holding onto Eve.

"Someone is here," he whispered to her.

Eve looked around their little shack of nothing. Grabbing onto Adam, she made the decision to teleport them out. Yet, the issue would be where to. Not a place that they have been to, not Hell, not Heaven… where to go? It had to be somewhere she was familiar with if she were to teleport them.

She could feel the arms around her tightened and she closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of his heat.

"Trust me?" She whispered and wrapped her arms around him.

"Always," he nodded and she smiled as the darkness enveloped them.

The beating of the door could be heard, before it broke revealing Raphael with 4 other angels. He took in the sight and smell. Nose scrunched up, he scowled at the thought of fornication that occurred. They just barely missed them then.

"Brother Raphael," one of the angels that accompanied him handed him a feather, "There is also blood on the grass."

'Blood? Feather?' Raphael finally understood why it took them so long to find Adam.

Nodding at the angel, he announced their return to their Father. Wings of the angels spread, and they all took flight up to the clouds like a flock of geese. Arriving at the gate, his destination was not yet his Father's, but his brother. Deviating from the white tiled floors, he continued to the room where Adam once stayed.

Opening the doors, his steps echoed on the stoned floor as it soaked into the walls. Not as bright as everything in their home, but it was still brighter than the dungeons in Hell. Slowing his walk, he arrived.

"Hello brother," he greeted at the door watching his brunette brother, the brightest alongside Morningstar, and yet... he had fallen too.

No response was given, and Raphael shook out the disappointment.

"Want to know what it is I found, of the brother who chose the demon?" He smiled leaning onto the glass, "I know you will find it humorous."

Still no reply, but Raphael saw the shift in his body and smiled wider.

"It took us quite a while to find him, but now I know why," he let out a shake of his head and a huffed smile. Running his fingers through his hair, blood orange that looked as bright as the setting of a sun, he took out the feather.

Rustling of clothes could be heard and Raphael watched as those hazel eyes stare at the item in between his fingers. Still, the angel refused to speak, and he felt his resolve fading to anger.

"Go on, ask me!" He feigned excitement, but the angel just stared at him with no emotions behind those eyes.

Eyes that had always looked at him with sympathy, sadness, and sometimes happiness; never did his brother ever looked emotionless. Not from the day he was created; not from the day Morningstar fell; not even when God stripped his powers. Why him? He did nothing wrong!

"You won't find him," Gabriel's soft voice spoke out in a murmur.

Raphael blinked at the surprised of his brother finally, FINALLY, speaking to him.

"What makes you say that?" He found himself asking as he twisted the end of the feather in between his fingers.

Gabriel did not reply as he went back to sit on the bench in the corner. He closed his eyes ignoring his brother trying to pry for more information. Eventually, the angel pounded on the glass before stomping away. Once the door was closed, footsteps disappeared, and the room was quiet again, he opened his eyes and let out a smile.

'Did your father tell you about that place?' He wondered as he opened his left hand on his knees.

He looked at his palm to see a small glow raised to the surface of his skin. His Father may have removed what power he had left, but that did not extinguished what he had already gave. The light connection he had gifted Eve, when he healed her wounds, pumped loudly.

'I hope it gives you both time to heal,' he closed his palm, "As it did Lucifer and I."
