Dear Imena,
"I-I'm sorry, Miss. We don't have his location, not even a definite sighting." A soldier stammered.
"Definite sighting? Are you saying there's a possibility he was seen?" I asked.
"Well yes, but we're not sure if it's him or someone that just looks like him." another soldier said.
"Do you have a picture or recording I can see?" I asked.
The soldier closest to me nodded and pulled up a picture on her computer. The picture was somewhat grainy, it was taken from a recording on a traffic camera and it wasn't the best quality. The man in the picture did look like Andrew to some degree; the man was tall, had straight blond hair and fair skin. But there was a shadow over his eyes, preventing me from seeing their color.
"Have any scouts been sent out to this location yet? Just to see if maybe they run into him." I asked.
The soldiers shook their heads. "No, we didn't know if it was worth sending the scouts if we're not positive it's him." one said.
Then, slightly annoyed, I asked "Has Ty seen this?"
The room was quiet.
I sighed, "I'll take that as a no. Make sure Ty sees this, I'm going to have a meeting with him tomorrow to talk about it. Do you all understand?"
They all quickly nodded.
I nodded and turned to leave, but paused and looked back at the picture on the soldier's screen.
"Send a scout to look for this guy. If he is Andrew, try to put a tracker on him. If it isn't, find out who this guy is so we don't have this issue again." I said.
"Yes ma'am." they all said, and I left the building.
