Was it her?

" Evan.... Evan Grimes. I saw him"

"What?! Evan.. Grimes? That new idol whom you are swooning over?" The older replied while the girl snickered. "Yes but I didn't get blessed with his god like face. He had covered himself. And I think he comes there often and so will I now." She said making the older roll his eye and laugh at her.

"Yah!! Brother... you should support me not degrade. He is awesome and soooo handsome." The girl exclaimed excited and with a creepy smile curling over her face. The elder just shook his head no in disbelief.

"You know your brother is much more handsome and god- like then that boy. You know that?" The elder said scoffing noticing how the younger was fanning over the idol.

While the younger girl stuck her tongue out and said "you may be but for me he is more handsome. You see you can never beat him. Ahhh... I already am head over heel for him. What do I do? Should I--"

"Yah!! Stop! I ain't hearing anymore!!" The elder cut her off yelling while she just did was glare at him and rolled her eye scoffing. "As if! Why should I stop... I can go on forever if its for him.." she said making the elder mouth wide open but he couldn't speak. He was speechless of how his sister was changing ever since that so called Idol came to existence. He has been one all over her mind. And he hated that. He hated how she was going crazy for someone she doesn't even know.

Gaining all the words to say he opens his mouth and says " yah! I SAID STOP---"   " Leon!! Are you with Evelyn. Get her down. Dinner is ready." Their mom interrupted his throw back making him nod his head tho she couldn't see. While the younger giggled at her brother and ran out to the kitchen for food. Which she carved whole day long.

----

After dinner and after bickering for a while with her brother in front of the Tv she finally decided to take a sleep. She recalled the time when she was staring at his side profile and back.

What would have happened if I had approached him? Would he have talked to me? Or he wouldn't have? I regret not walking over to him. Who know if we could have talked and be friends? As if!!

She continued bickering with herself. Smiling and frowning along with her thoughts she slowly fell asleep.

"Yah! Evan! What are you thinking? And why are you sulking?" The boy flinched seeing his manager questioning him. He could see his manager frowning over him when no words came out. "Are you okay? Evan!" He just smiled and nod his head reassuring him that he was fine who was now close to him scanning him for any problems. The manager pat his shoulder and smile back.

He heard the manager sign and left him saying "don't stress yourself." Knowing that his sulking and frowning over his thoughts caught attention he decided to push aside everything he was thinking and proceeded practicing.

After hours of practicing over and over... he decides to take a break.

Is Shane free? Did he left already?

He questioned himself before pulling up his body towards the door exiting his room and heading towards his friend. He opened the door to see a panting and exhausted Shane lying on the floor of the studio. Shane had his eyes closed so he couldn't see Evan. So he walked inside grabbed a bottle and place it on his cheeks.

"Irk!!" Shane whimpered when he felt a cold sensation on his cheeks. He jolt up eyes wide as a result but soon the surprise change into annoyance knowing it was his friends deed. He glared Evan receiving a chuckle from him. Evan too took a seat beside Shane and stared at the large mirror in the front.

"I was not gonna ask.. but seeing you so dazed out since yesterday evening I couldn't control." He paused for a while and continued when he got no reply from Evan. "Can I ask whom you saw yesterday?.. I don't want to force you. If you want to tell then I am full ears." Shane continued while Evan was still busy staring at themselves from the mirror ahead.

Shane to remained quiet knowing his friend was not ready to open up. And it hurt him knowing that he couldn't be someone who he feels comfortable to share himself. He was disappointed at himself more than angry.

"Evelyn..." Evan said making the other turn towards him confused. "What?" Shane asked. "Evelyn.. I thought she was her. I don't know but I feel its her." Finally Evan poured his thoughts to him. He was confused and puzzled as to why and how he saw her. Tho he wanted to find her but a part of him had already accepted that she was no more.

Evan was the olny one beside her parents who had believed she was somewhere alive. Far from them but living happily. Evan even had promised Evelyn's mom to find her. To not give up like everyone did that time. They were sure she was alive somewhere. But the question which confused them was -- If she is alive then where is she? Why isn't she coming back? To them... her family.

"No.. way. You mean that Evelyn?" Shane replied not wanting to believe him. "Um.. why are you saying no way. As if she will never come back. I know she is alive. Maybe that's her. I might not have mistaken. " Evan said nodding to himself. He was more conforming himself that he was not imagining.

"I know.. I am gonna search for her. I will go to that place once again and see if I can find her." Evan declared standing up and walking towards the door. "What? Now!? " Shane asked shocked at his sudden decision. While he just nod his head.

"But what about manager? And your practice?" Shane asked again making Evan think about his decision once again. But he just replied " yea I am going. I just finished practice. Now I am free to go. See you later." Evan said and excused himself leaving a surprised Shane looking at the back of Evan disappearing.

Soon he comes back to his sense and gulped before grabbing his jacket and ran out to reach out for him. Soon they both went to that same city where he doubted of seeing her.

Evan just needed a hope. A hope which will lead him further and boost up his energy and will to continue. He was slowly losing faith over these days passing by without any progress. But the sight playing in his mind.. tho it may be a imagination he created. He was going to go through all for him to find her.

That was now his hope.

To find her...
