Riela pt 2
A new day a new start.
Bianca woke up after having a sound sleep.
She felt a little headache because of crying forcefully. When she got up, she crawled down from her bed. It is a little high so there is a little stair beside her bed. When she looked at the stair, she startled.
"Haaahhh, Why arrre you standing here like that?"
Looking at the ground, she replied slowly "I was waiting for you, Miss. In case, you need anything after waking up"
Bianca thought for a moment, did her past maid was like her!! No, she wasn't. She came to her room from time to time and didn't speak that much. Bianca was habituated with this. After her birthday, that maid didn't take care of her that much, she also didn't say anything about that.
Bianca thought she was the early bird but Riela is earlier than her.
After a long breath, she asked "Who told you to stand here?"
"Umm, the maid told me to do this. Before you wake up, I should stand near you. As you are little, so you might need something" Clasping her hand, she spoke.
Ahh, her legs might feel numb right now. Bianca felt a little sad.
''You don't need to do it frrrom now. I will pull this if I need something. Don't worry.'' Bianca frowned pointing the rope.
''Ok, Miss'' she nodded, with a smiling face.
Bianca was thinking about how a little child like her is here to work. She scolded Riela's family in her mind.
After being fresh, she wore the dress Riela brought. Then they went to have breakfast. According to the rule, Riela can eat after Bianca finishes her meal. But Bianca doesn't like this type of rule from the beginning. So she told Riela yesterday to have meals together from now on.
Riela didn't expect these types of things. She thought Bianca would be so moody or cold because she heard in the stories nobles treats their workers as a slave and their children are little demons.
But Bianca's actions are changing her thinking. Though Bianca is silent, not mischievous like other babies, she is good. She seems mature which is easier for Bianca to work.
After a silent breakfast, Bianca thought about looking around the house because she might have to spent her whole life here.
Riela accompanied her after washing the dishes.
This house is not that big nor small. There are two bedrooms and each has an attached washroom. There are also a little kitchen and a meal room.
But Bianca's room is so big, which is equal to three normal rooms.
Her room has a curtain in the middle, she saw yesterday but didn't go there. Because Bianca thought it was not something significant, maybe it would be a clothing closet or place of toys for playing.
But when she entered the room, her mind went crazy. 'Ahhh it was a library. I have no trouble then. At least, there is something I have which can help me to pass my time' she thought with a big grin.
"Ohh, Bianca look there are toys too, and a lot of clothes for you." Riela looked at another side where there are a lot of clothes hanged and toys for Bianca. She thought Bianca is happy because of toys.
"Umm, yeah. I am happy." Bianca didn't hear what Riela said because her all attention was in the library.
The first part shelves are not that high and there are small stairs. Many types of books are there.
Then she went behind that shelves it is a bit higher around 11-12 years old person can reach the highest part but there were stairs too. The books have a lot of verities.
Like these, there are 3 types of shelves and a lot of books are there.
'Ahh, after 2-3 years, I will be bored again.' Bianca felt sad again 'But it will be ok, I can re-read those books.'
Riela didn't understand her min. She thought Bianca maybe wanted to see this place so she just accompanied.
"These are books but there is no one to teach" She laughed "You can only learn when you will grow up"
Bianca didn't reply, just asked "Do you want to study?"
Riela is taken aback a bit. Because she really wants to study but now it is impossible to study after all. Then she grinned "Who doesn't want? It just everyone can't afford."
Her baby voice sounds like she is blaming someone. Bianca didn't reply anything just smiled back.
Then they returned to her room. Riela brought some fruits for Bianca and stood beside Bianca.
Seeing her like this Bianca laughed "ahh you look like you arrre a gwarrd" "sit therrre" she pointed to the chair beside her.
"How can I??" Riela flustered for a moment but remembering Bianca's past actions she sat silently.
After eating a piece of apple, she looked a Riela. Riela looks like she is waiting for Bianca's order.
This not what she wants. She decided to become friendly with her. She doesn't want to lose her in this life. She will repay Riela in this life.
Riela shielded Bianca like a big sister in past, so she decided to shield her in this life as much as possible.
"Rrriela, can I call you Rrrie?'' Bianca gave a cute smile to her.
"Of course, Miss. Whatever you want!'' Saying this, Riela touched her nose. Because she didn't think Bianca could ask this. But when she heard what Bianca said next, she felt like she was caught by thunder.
"Umm, you can also call me Bian'' Riela stood up "Eehh, how can I miss? It is not possible! how!! How can I address you like this!! You are my lady. I have no position to call you informally." she didn't take any breath.
"It is because I am saying. So you should call me like that and stop saying miss or something. Think of me as your friend" Bianca ate another piece.
"But-but" Rie wanted to reason with a low voice "No, but. Just think of me as your little sister from now on then." Then Bianca gave her an eager look.
"Ok, b bi Bian" Her tear started to flow out.
Bianca stood and patted her back. She was not good at consoling someone's emotion not even good at express herself. So she doesn't know how to console Riela.

"There won't be anyone Rrrie. No one will know. Don't worrrry. So twrreet me as your sisterrr " Bianca gave her a little hug to comfort her.

Bianca suddenly remembered when Riela cry she starts to hiccup.
She thought 'It is hard to take care of a kid. Kids are really troublesome.'
Bianca waited until her hiccup stopped.
"Rrrie tell me about you." Hearing her question, Riela sighed a little.
She looked like a sad kitten while saying about her life. She lived in a little orphanage in past. She does not know about her family nor she can remember. Maybe someone took her to the orphanage out of pity.
And Bianca's father took her out of the orphanage to take care of Bianca.
Bianca didn't think in this world there are orphanages too. Because she didn't read anything about it in her past life.
The orphanage life is quite normal with a little hardship.
In that place, when a child turns into 3 years old, they are being trained to take care of other babies. They bathe them, feed them, and accompany them. It is a little hard for them so the trainer shows them first but didn't let them do those things alone.
After 5 years old, they are being taught about real life education, and besides those things, they take care of the younger children.
And after 5-year training, they need to work 3 years here and train the other children. after 13 years old when they complete every training, they are free to do everything.
The orphanage gives them a little sum of money to find some work and live them as the way they want. If they want they can also stay here as trainers or caretakers. They won't get paid except having some money for living expenses. And will get free accommodation and food. So, normally a little number of orphans stay here.
But if anyone gets good magic attributes, then they don't need to do anything after 6 years old. They sent zer to study. They get scholarships so they don't return here.
Actually, this orphanage is running by the donation of some rich nobles and the royal family. Bethan's family is also one of them. So, managing this organization is quite hard only by donating money.
Hearing all of this, Bianca got silent again. Life is not so easy as Bianca thought.
The room was silent for a moment.
After taking a deep breath Riela told she is about 5 years and 5 months. Though it is not the exact age, their missy told it to her. They address the caretaker as a missy. She learned how to wash clothes and she can do some little house chores. And she saw how to cook but didn't cook before.
After hearing all of this Bianca wondered why her father choose her? Because he could choose a more experienced one.
Because of interest, she asked Riela ''Amm, do you know why papa selected you??''
Riela hesitated for a moment, clasping her fingers, she said
''Actually, there is a simple competition here every year. It is based on who works well and learns faster. If anyone wins it, she will get a one-day chance to go outside of the orphanage. So I worked hard, as I wanted to see the outer world. I won the last two years. As I won two times, the others of my age did not like me and talked bad. so they always left me alone everywhere. No one talked with me. Later watching these, Missy told me she will try to help me. So when Mr. Bethan came she told main miss to recommend me.''
Bianca thought for a while, the storyline is chasing her actually. Riela was being chosen because of the storyline, nothing more. But it is good that Riela is more mature than other same age kids. She understands everything quickly.
'Ahh, she will suffer with me too. I need to find a way out.' Thinking this Bianca patted her again. "it is ok. Just be happy"
Riela smiled a little. "I am so happy Bian. thanks for thinking of me as your sister. thanks for not thinking lowly instead of comforting me"
Bianca smiled thinking Riela doesn't know how much good she is.
She is such a good girl who is cuter than a living doll. If she was born in any noble family, she would have a princess life.
When the maid came to give their lunch, she told that Riela needs to go to the main house from tomorrow. Because she needs to continue training. Riela gave her an affirmative answer and brought the foods.
Because of her, Bianca gave a questioning glance. Seeing her little eyes, Riela laughed while preparing food "Well, I will go to the main house tomorrow to continue training. I need to learn more so I won't need to go there anymore."
"oh ok." Bianca didn't say more.
Riela felt sad because Bianca will be alone when she will go for training. "don't worry. I will come back to have lunch with you."
Bianca didn't reply except nodding her head. She is kinda happy to learn this because she can read books and learn more about this world. She can't live like this not she wants to follow Bianca's steps.
Then she started to eat quickly and choked a little. Seeing this Riela quickly gave her a glass of water and patted her back slowly.
