The next day, Shyam gathered everyone in the hall and explained about acquiring class. Even though the three who were in Shyam' s team had all acquired their classes, they were not exactly knowledgeable about the whole process. Hence, they didn't mind being lectured about it by him, after all knowledge is power.
"just like skills, Classes are something formed out of experiences and knowledge. However, unlike skills which are based on our experiences, Classes are based on the collective experiences of Inhumans that the System has experienced alongside them."
"Every innovation, every skill and every opportunity an Inhuman goes through is all recorded in the system. Classes are a way to tap into those experiences and use them to make ourselves stronger. Classes contain method to turn ourselves stronger and also lets us obtain relevant skills based on it."
"Skills can still be obtained without classes, but the effort that goes into it is generally phenomenal. Some exceptions are there of course, but that is based on individual's luck and opportunities."
"Now as I have already explained below, Academies, and many of the Inhuman clans have the method to generate the inheritance space that lets one tap into the system and gain the classes we have affinity too."
"Inheritance space of the academies are stronger as they can allow you to get classes that you may have even the barest affinity to. What we are going to use are something else, a ritual that is used to temporarily simulate an Inheritance space and give you a chance to obtain classes."
Saying as much, Shyam directed them to complete certain preparations. Since the other kids already had their classes, they knew exactly what preparations to make. They gathered five objects to represents the five basic constituents of Human Being, or in this case, Inhuman Being.
A Purified Crystal for Earth, Energy Infused Water for representing Water, Magic Flame for the Fire, Energy Bubble with Breeze from an Inhuman Energy-rich Environment and finally, a Refined Soul Crystal from a Monster which was then soaked in Rudra's blood to create a connection to his spirit. These were laid in a ritual circle that consisted of a Five-pointed star inside a Pentagram inside a Circle.
Rudra was made to sit in the center of it and meditate. Once Rudra had charged his energy to the maximum, Shyam asked him to infuse Prana into the ritual circle. As soon as the infusion started, Rudra's Prana flowed like electricity in a circuit, swiftly connecting all nodes that represented the five elements.
The moment the circle was about to be completed, Rudra had a burst of inspiration and decided to infuse himself with Skill Points, just like he did while communicating with plants. He did that with barely enough time before the circle was completed. With the circle complete, a ripple of formless energy flew inwards with respect to the circle and entered Rudra.
All his senses faded away as Rudra found himself in a blank space with a System screen before him.
Class Selection Screen
Current Class (Rudra): None (Main), None (Sub)
Class Completed (Rudra): None
Class Available (Rudra): Herbomancer (Primary), Gravitamancer (Primary), Biomancer (Primary), Verbomancer (Primary), Chloromancer (Primary), Hero (Primary), Ritual Master (Primary), Spell Master (Primary), Martial Artist (Primary)
Rudra was pleased with the bunch of impressive sounding classes that popped up. He could guess the origin for some o them such as Herbomancer, Gravitamancer and Biomancer. But others were a bit surprising, Especially the Hero Class. Moreover, some were puzzling, as he didn't know how he got class like Spell master and Ritual master.
He checked and found that his method of infusing skill points had worked. He had got two skills called Ritual Mastery and Spell Mastery. That explained how he got the class choice of Ritual Master and Spell Master.
Seeing the Primary designation to the classes he inquired the system about. He then got to know that every class had five grades: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Quaternary and Quinary. With each grade, the skills of the class would grow more and more potent, with Quinary reaching Godly levels.
With the large amount of choices, he was glad he could easily choose two classes, one as sub and one as main. However, he still had to be careful as he can't change class until he grew these classes to their max level. He could then change to a different class or go to the next grade of the same class.
After a lot of deliberation, he decided to promote the growth of his current most used skills rather than try something new. He chose Gravitamancer (Primary) as the main class and Herbomancer (Primary) as the sub class.
Once he finished choosing, he immediately received two skills, namely Repulsive Pulse and Herbal Essence Promotion. Repulsive Pulse was something he could already achieve through Gravity Manipulation. However, after getting it as a skill, its power and activation speed had increased by a lot. It also had become more precise and efficient, needing less energy.
Herbal Essence Promotion allowed him to extract potent essence of various herbs and using them efficiently, both on himself and others. This was kind of the opposite he was doing with the plants up until now. Instead of giving the essence energy, he was now extracting them.
Once he finished looking through it, he opened his eyes in the real world in the ritual circle. He found everyone looking at him in worry.
"Okay?" Mukti asked with her face scrunched up in worry.
"What took you so long?" Anshu asked. She was sitting at one corner of the hall with Shyam, while Gayathri and Ananta were nowhere to be seen.
"It just took a bit of time I guess" Rudra said while patting Mukti's head to relive her worry "It felt mere moments to me in there. I don't know how long it was out here."
"Very Long!!" Mukti said with a pout.
"That is fine" Shyam interrupted "Let's talk about what class you chose."
"Well I got both main and sub-class" Rudra said, "Gravitamancer is my main and Herbomancer is my sub."
"Wow, that is great!!" Anshu said surprised.
"Yes" Shyam agreed, "One Basic Manipulation type and a Variant Manipulation type. Very rare to get two manipulation types as first. I thought he would get some Warrior Physique Type Class, as generally Manipulation type class needs a one to have a related skill in the first place. And here he got two at once."
"You were right" Anshu smiled at Shyam "This kid is really talented."
"I know I am" Shyam smiled back as he patted Rudra's back "Let's start training to get you used to your new skills and classes."

Two months later, Central area of the forest
Six kids were facing of against a horde of green humanoid monsters. Each of the kids fought at least four monsters at once, some even taking on more than that. Three of the kids stood out the most amongst them, their rate of destroying the monsters was terrifying.
Among the three kids that stood out, first was a tall dark-haired archer. He was like a phantom, dashing and dodging amongst the monsters and shooting out arrows made of energy like an assault rifle. Each arrow targeted a vital spot of one of the monsters without fail, thanks to his great dynamic vision. He used acrobatics and quick burst sprint combined with his immensely dexterous use of the bow and arrows to be a harvester of monsters.
Second was a black-haired girl with red highlights in her hair, who was shooting out various elemental attacks rapidly. Fie balls, water whips, earth spikes, wind blades and telekinetic blasts were shout out at random. Radius of five meters around her was a death zone. Any monster that intruded was blasted to pieces.
Third was the brown haired red eyed reaper, who was turning all the monsters he could reach into meat paste. With each wave of his hand, waves of force created chaos amongst the ranks of monsters, throwing them around like rag dolls and crushing them into meat paste. The air around him looked twisted and weird, as if one was looking at him through a mirage.
These three were Shyam, Anshu and Rudra respectively. Other than them, the other three were doing great in their own way.
Gayathri was running around, through rapid punches at the monsters. Curiously, every monster that was punched looked sluggish and tired after it, as if all his energy was drained. On the other hand, Gayathri just looked more and more energetic.
Ananta was just the opposite; he was very precise in each attack. He would dodge the attack of the monster before swinging his sword for a precise One Hit Kill.
Most mysterious of them was Mukti, who had not killed even a single one yet, but had dozens of monsters in various painfully twisted positions near her. Each of them was roaring like crazy and show expressions of pure terror. They were living their worst nightmares in their minds.
With the pace at which the six of them were defeating the monsters, they soon took care of all of them. After examining the area to confirm that all the monsters were dead, the six gathered and rested in a room Rudra summoned using plants. The room was extremely well detailed with comfortable furnishing made of bendy wood and springy grasses.
"These past two months have been extremely fruitful guys" Shyam as usual began the talk "with the pace we have taken, I doubt anyone would have gotten more points than us. I think we have achieved enough for survival test. So, for the two weeks that are left, I want everyone to just concentrate on cultivation and skill practice. We need to be the best version of ourselves when we get out of here. I have a feeling we are going to need it."
Following his advice, the six of them spent the next two weeks just focusing on cultivation. Between their extreme hunting and Rudra's plant fortress, no monster came to bother them, leaving them to progress at high speed in a carefree manner.
When the duration of 90 days was over all the participants, including these six, disappeared from this dimension as if they were never there.
