Grinch Outfit

"Part of me might have been catching feelings, but I never did anything about it."

...

"Naira, what are you wearing?!" Ansh asks once Tara and I come downstairs for breakfast after getting ready. Ayan is already sitting on the table; he refused to take a shower and change into one of Ansh's clothes, said that it'll look suspicious.

"Clothes," I glance down, smiling at him. "I even wore a new top since it's my birthday," I say, twirling around, but the reacting I get from Ansh can ruin anyone's day.

He covers his mouth and makes barfing noises, making me look at him with a frown. Mom enters from the kitchen, carrying chapatis, and she hits Ansh on the head before placing a chapati on his plate.

"Don't listen to him, sweetie, especially not on your birthday. He's only joking," she tells me while behind her Ansh is mouthing 'I'm not' to me. "Listen to Ayan. He'll only have praises for you. Right, Ayan?"
