The World beyond the ice

In a city a teen known as the Cold Young Master. He is talented but there are still some who looks down on him, for more than one reason.

Ever since birth he has seen the world frozen, but there are times when it isn't so frozen, but only during certain random-like situations.

One day he gets a chance to change his destiny and get out of his current view but he has to choose between becoming truly a cold person or to wait to use the technique.
