CLXXIV. One Last Effort Before Eternal Salvation.

But before she could step into the entrance, a particular voice coming behind her made her halt her way. A particular aroma of strawberries and watermelon blended with the smell of solitude of that place.

"Congratulations, Sweetheart," She looked around, and the Contractor was sitting on the dusty couch at the left. "You really did outperform this time."

"You," She said. "Ah. I'm not even gonna ask how you got here. You're so… you."

"Why would I want to be anything but me?" He raised both palms. "I'm fabulous Vanilla, much better than you filthy, good for nothing mortals."

"Yeah, yeah, I know it," She rolled her eyes and yawned. "You're great and all. Well, I know why you're here. You must already know it. I located the Sacred Chamber. What happens now?" 

"Now? Your reward. Behold!" He then stared at her eyes with his slanted eyes, full of malice and mischief.
