Chapter 06

"HAH! Finally a city!" Exclaimed enthusiastically a boy about 13 years old with red hair and blue eyes.

"Hn." replied the girl with dark blue hair and black eyes who was beside his.

These were Naruto Uzumaki and Satsuki Uchiha, they were walking on a road and from where they were it was possible to see a city in the distance.

They took them 5 days to get to where they were, they only took breaks for basic needs like eating, drinking water and sleeping, the rest of the time was spent walking, so they were looking forward to finally being able to rest in a comfortable place when they arrived in town.

As they approached the town, they saw a sign with the words "Hargeon Town" written on it, but they didn't really care.

30 minutes later, we find our protagonist and his traveling companion having lunch at a restaurant in town.

Soon after entering the city they made a brief stop at a magical goods store for Naruto to sell 2 Etheran restoration potions from his mother's treasure, soon renting two rooms at an inn, and after a shower, went looking for something to eat. .

They also kept an eye on the conversations around them, hoping to gather some information from the guild they wanted to join and they ended up getting just that by listening to the conversation of a group of friends who were sitting at a table next to them.

"Hey, did you hear? It looks like one of Fairy Tail's mages destroyed almost half of the houses in a town while fighting a Dark Mage."

"Again? Dude, what's this guild's problem with destruction?"

"I don't know, but that's what makes them interesting, isn't it?"

Naruto was a little surprised to hear this, Fairy Tail was apparently a guild infamous for the destruction caused by its members.

Now Satsuki pretty much had her impression of the guild confirmed, as a guild that is infamous for the amount of destruction its members cause can't be weak, can it?

After finishing their meal, Naruto and Satsuki explored the city together, but it was only a small town and didn't have many interesting things, they returned to the hotel right after having dinner at a restaurant.

-(Time-Skip: 2 Days)-

Naruto and Satsuki were sitting in the seats of a train that was heading to Magnolia, the city that houses the Fairy Tail guild.

Naruto was looking out the train cabin window and when he hear the whistle that signals when the train is about to leave went off he raised his fist and spoke while still looking out the window;

"Fairy Tail, here we go."

Satsuki, who had her arms crossed and eyes closed, have a small smile upon hearing her friend.

(5 Minutes later.)

"Ughhhhh, what's wrong with me…?" Naruto grumbled as he sprawled on the seat with a green face.

As soon as the train started to move he felt a little uncomfortable but he thought it was just because it was his first time on a train and he didn't care much about it but after a few minutes it started to get worse until he was almost throwing up because of the nausea.

"Hn, so your weakness is seasickness?" Satsuki said while giving Naruto an amused look, wondering what really caused this sudden nausea.

Naruto gave Satsuki a furious look before his nausea worsened and he went back to trying to hold back the vomit.

He tried to think of some solution to his problem and wondered what actually caused it, as he never had any problems when flying on Wasser's back, maybe it's something related to his enhanced Dragon Slayer senses?

Well, it doesn't hurt to try, he tried to control the sickness long enough to do what he had to do.

Naruto created a magic circle above his hand and spoke the spell's name;

!"Uzumaki Support Magic: Pluvia Mutabilium Sensuum:Reductionem"!

Soon the effects appeared as a sphere of green colored water came out of the Magic Circle and hovered above the red haired boy's head before dissolving in a rain that fell on him and caused his nausea to visually ease.

This was one of the Uzumaki spells, it's a very rare type of magic called Support Magic, which is a very ancient type of magic, this one in particular is one used to heighten or diminish a person's senses, thus disorienting them during battle, or it can be useful in other situations, like now.

The spell's name was: Senses Alteration Rain: Reduction, which if used on a normal civilian can deprive them of all 5 of their senses, which if done for more than 3 minutes can destroy a person's sanity, is a spell normally used in fighting people with magics that give the mage enhanced senses, such as Dragon Slayer Magic or Take Over: Beast/Animal/Satan Soul.

Naruto felt much better, even if a little uncomfortable without his heightened senses, he leaned his head back against the seat and closed his eyes and thought about why his senses were making him nauseous.

Maybe the train was moving too fast and he was subconsciously trying to smell and hear everything on the outside of the train and overloading some part of his brain, making him feel sick?

But that doesn't make much sense, since when he flew along with Wasser she sometimes moved as fast or faster than the train and he didn't feel any seasickness, why would he feel that with the train and not with Wasser too?

… He's decided that these are just the mysteries of life working and he's not going to think about it anymore.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the cabin Satsuki looked at her friend's actions curiously, she saw the spell he used and wondered if the Uzumaki clan's repertoire of spells and spells was as large as the Uchiha clan's.

When she saw her friend lean back in the seat and close her eyes she decided to do the same and wait for the arrival at her destination.

Three hours later, in Magnolia City, a train stopped at the station and Naruto Uzumaki got out of it with a smile on his face with Satsuki Uchiha not far behind him, still looking nonchalant.

"HAH! Finally, I was tired of sitting around." He spoke as he got off the train.

"Hn." It was Satsuki's usual response as she looked around, wondering if they should go look for the guild soon.

Naruto decided that exploring the city before going to the guild was a good idea and convinced Satsuki of that, Magnolia City was very beautiful, full of people living their happy lives, going about their daily routine.

He was fascinated by the cityscapes and how cheerful and friendly everyone is, but finally, after 30 minutes of exploring, they were in front of Fairy Tail's doors.

The building had three floors with each floor being smaller than the last, the walls were cream colored and the ceiling was red, on the third floor there was a flag with the guild symbol, the gate was made of green bars and a golden plate. with the guild symbol and the name "Fairy Tail" written on it.

Naruto took a deep breath for a moment before opening the gate along with Satsuki, they expected the guild to be a place full of super-powered wizards who could intimidate anyone with just a look... that's not what they saw.

"AH! Whoever threw a chair at me, show yourself you coward!"

It was the first thing they heard when they opened the door, inside there were several people fighting, chairs, tables and several other things flying randomly, Naruto froze when he saw this, but soon after he recovered and started to look around, he saw a counter with a waitress behind him and a short old man who sat on top of the bar while drinking an alcoholic drink with a happy expression, as if he didn't notice the fight that was going on in front of him.

He looked around and found some interesting people, the first one that caught his attention was a girl who appeared to be about his age who had red hair just like his own in a ponytail, she wore a white long-sleeved blouse with the upper part of armor on top, with chest and shoulder protectors, along with a small bow tied at the collar, she had a white skirt that reached below her knees and a sword held at her waist by a brown belt.

The girl was eating a strawberry cheesecake as she looked at the people who were fighting in the guild with an irritated look, but when she realized someone was staring at her, she looked at him curiously.

The second person he noticed was a younger boy with pink hair, which he thought was kind of weird for a hair color, black eyes and a little slanted, he wore a red long-sleeved shirt, orange shorts with red accents and orange shoes, as well as a white scarf around her neck.

At the moment, he was fighting a boy with black hair and black eyes that looked kind of droopy who was only in his underwear, he had the dark blue guild mark on his chest.

The two were fighting in the middle of the guild, adding more chaos to the place, with the pink haired boy releasing fire from his mouth or fists every now and then and the black haired boy throwing ice.

Naruto narrowed his eyes a bit as he saw and felt the pink haired boy's magic, he recognized it as Dragon Slayer Magic and was very surprised to find another mage like him so soon.

After a moment looking at the chaos unfolding ahead of him, he decided to look for the guild master and Satsuki followed him, still a little stunned by the madness ahead of her.

Naruto and Satsuki went to the counter and Naruto asked the old man a question who was now staring at him curiously.

"Excuse me, do you know where I can find the guild master?" He politely asked the old man, who gave him one last curious look before speaking.

"Yes, I know, but why do you want to meet him?" the old man asked.

Naruto scratched the back of his head and answered the question. "Well, my friend and I wanted to join the guild, so we planned to ask the requirements to be accepted."

With Naruto's response, most fighting in the guild stopped and now almost everyone was looking at the two pre-teens curiously, wondering if they would be their new guildmates.

With his answer, the old man nodded. "Well I'm Makarov Dreyar, the third master of Fairy Tail, what are your names?"

Naruto was a little surprised that this old man was a guild master, but he responded quickly. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki."

Satsuki was also surprised to hear this, she had expected the Guild Master to be some kind of giant, not an old dwarf, but she soon pulled herself together and answered the question.

"Hn, my name is Satsuki Uchiha."

If Makarov recognized their last names he didn't show any signs of it, he gave a small smile before asking the red-haired boy a question;

"Naruto, why do you want to join Fairy Tail?"

Naruto realized it was some sort of interview to join the guild. "Well... I kind of lost my mom a few days ago and planned to travel around the country while looking for something to do, but after I met Satsuki I decided to join the same guild as her."

Makarov listened to his explanation as he stared at him, detecting no sign of a lie, he nodded and said. "Okay, welcome to the family, Naruto."

Naruto gave Makarov a shocked look. "W-what? That's all? One question? Aren't you even going to ask what kind of magic I use?"

The short old man just nodded before turning his attention to the girl next to Naruto.

"And you, why do you want to join the guild?"

Satsuki thought for a moment before answering;

"Hn, originally I just wanted to come here so I could get stronger, but since I promised to take Naruto's advice, I also want to try to make some friends."

After hearing that answer Makarov just gave the girl a smile and a nod before looking at the bartender.

"Delia, could you put the guild mark on our new members?"

The bartender nodded with a smile and headed for a door at the back of the bar.

The old man then turned to the other guild members, who were still looking at them curiously, he was going to start a celebration for the new members, but Naruto asked one last question before that. "Are there any rules I must follow while I'm a member of the guild, master?" he asked curiously, with Satsuki also waiting for the answer.

The old man struck a thoughtful pose before saying. "I think just one thing, Fairy Tail members don't kill."

With that answer, Naruto's face fell and Satsuki began to rethink her entry into the guild, after all, she would have to kill if she wanted to avenge her clan.

With a sigh, the red-haired boy asked. "So I'm sorry, but I don't think I can be part of the guild."

"Why my boy?" Makarov asked.

"Because I've killed before and will probably have to in the future." The red-haired boy replied, shocking everyone in the guild, even more so when Satsuki nodded beside him.

"Hn, me too."

Makarov was stunned by their answers before remembering what the world was really like and asking, "May I ask why it would be necessary for you to kill in the future?"

"Well, -" Just as Naruto was about to reply, someone ran into the guild looking panicked.

"The demon is coming back!" He screamed and most people panicked as well.

Meanwhile, Naruto was looking at them with a curious look, 'Demon?' he thought, getting a little depressed as he remembered that that was what those monsters called Mirajane.

"Hey Erza, I've done 15 missions this week, I bet you haven't even done half of that." Said a voice that froze Naruto in place.

Three people entered the guild, a 12 year old boy with white hair and black eyes wearing a blue suit with a red bow tie, an 11 year old girl with white bob cut hair, blue eyes and wearing a pink dress.

But what caught all of Naruto attention was the person in the middle, a girl his age with white hair tied in a ponytail by a purple scarf and two strands framing her face, she was dressed in a small black blouse that showed her belly, a black miniskirt with a white belt, black thigh-high socks and black high heels.

The older girl addressed the red-haired girl directly with her famous death glare, and the red-haired girl also gave her a cruel look reminiscent of Naruto's, so they got into an argument about something Naruto didn't pay attention to, his focus still totally in the white haired girl's face, so much so that Satsuki started looking at him with a strange look, while becoming uneasy at the sudden feelings she had when she saw her friend's focus on another girl.

Meanwhile, the little white-haired girl was looking around the guild, apparently looking for someone, until she saw him and exclaimed in an incredulous tone; "Naru-nii!?"

Hearing this, the older girl froze and mechanically turned her head to look at Naruto who was also looking at her, after a few seconds the two exclaimed in an incredulous voice and with tears in their eyes.

"Mira-chan!?"

"Naruto-Kun!?"
