Moving out

"You're supposed to be my mom! I had hope that this time I'd actually have a loving family!" I begin to yell and my mom walks over sadly to me, "Don't touch me!"

"Listen..." she starts as she grabs my arm, pain and anger sleeping through my body that I want to pass on to her so she can know the betrayal I feel.

I slap it off and take a step back, "no you listen! After the abuse and murders my father did! I thought I wouldn't have that life! You're supposed to be the person who loves me most! You're just like him!" I yell while pointing at her in the face.

I look as I see the men watching on the couch, "although, I guess you already have your family"

She shakes her head as she starts to cry too, "no, Alexander you're my daughter"

"No! Just don't! My mother is Audrey Lester! And she was murdered by my father!" I shout at her, my statement being thick and honest.

Technically, she wasn't my mother by blood but she was the only one there for me as I grew up, and she's one of the only reasons I'm not my father.

She takes a step back as she realises that I was talking about my fathers other wife, my mom.

"You are all the same. The lies. The cheating. The violence. You're all selfish and you never care for me" I start hyperventilating.

Marie grabs my arm and begins to tug my arm gently, trying to distract me in some way, or at least trying to comfort me.

"I'm moving into Marie's house" I announce and storm away, another minute was going to make me snap and I didn't want to anything that made them regret having me here, well more than they already did.

I don't even shed another tear as I pack a suitcase with all my needs, I also order a service that'll grab my stuff and take it to my new house.

"I bought a new house, you guys can come live with me" I state as I walk down the stairs with Marie, her just being there made me feel better and I knew we'd have a Netflix therapy session soon.

"Maybe later, I want Liam to walk into a known environment, besides we just bought all knew things for the house!" she explains and I nod in understanding.

"I'll spend the night at yours, if that's okay?"

"Of course! Lets go!"

I place the suitcase in the boot of my car and look over to the house I've only lived in for 3 weeks, and I guess the gut feeling I had was correct again.

"¡Púdrete! ¡Soy mi propia persona! jódete!" (Screw you! I am my own person! Fuck you!)

I quickly vent that before diving into the driving seat, my whole body relaxing as I find myself in a stress free environment, where I can finally decide my own life

"So, you've got your own house. What's next?" She asks me from the passengers seat, where she's strapping herself in securely.

"I might get a cat" I hum and we stay silent before we both join in laughter that clears the thick air, before Marie begins to play some disney music through the aux.

We arrive to a small house but it feels homely, seems like Marie's type of home, hopefully she'll be over a lot.

We walk in and Marie immediately grabs a pizza menu, which had been in a main pile I had brought over from my old house, I had a lot since I was new here and didn't know where the best places to eat were.

"This is the best pizza place!" She announces and begins to go into just eat on her phone, ordering the food, already knowing what we both wanted.

We order the pizza before playing Disney films, I have never watched any of them before I met Marie, so after we had first hung out we started to do Disney marathons, which Marie obviously loved.

We were now watching Peter Pan and surprisingly it was really good, for a children's film anyway.
