Welcome to pregnancy

"Do you know when you get safe your eyes become a darker brown, unlike your normal glowey brown ones" Elizabeth explains to me as we have a staring competition on Ethan and I's bed.

"Not going to win baby, just give up" I warn her as I maintain eye contact.

"LIZA!!!!" Jacob bellows as he enters whilst managing to throw my door open, Elizabeth blinks and turns over to Jacob with a groan.

"Jacob! I was going to win that!" She whines.

"Sorry..I guess you don't want this..cookie dough ice cream" Jacob snickers before walking off, definitely Benjy's kid.

She sticks her tongue out at me before running after Jacob, forgetting about our conversation and hunting Jacob down for ice cream.

I lean back and rub my stomach soothingly, god my whole being hurts.

My back, my feet, my shoulders... where is Ethan with my pizza? I told him to get it almost an hour ago.

I let out a small sniffle and wipe away the tears from my eyes.

"Babe?! What's wrong?" Ethan stresses as he enters with a plastic bag and a pizza box.

"I want the pizza!" I cry out, "and my body hurts!! You did this!"

He lets out a small sigh before wrapping his arms around me and changing our position so that my back is leaning on his abs—I mean chest.

The bag ends up next to me as well as the pizza and I begin to munch away happily on the treats.

He kisses the side of my head and lets out a small huff, "you were really scaring me, i thought something bad happens to you or the baby"

"Nope!" I grin before popping a strawberry in my gob.

"I am so not prepared for this, I've never even held a baby" Ethan mutters as he circles my waist and occasionally places a kiss on my head.

"The moment you first meet them is truely heart warming, it's as if something clicks inside of you  and you know from that day on that you're going to do everything in your power to make them happy and healthy" I explain to him, he kisses my cheek again and helps me pick up my drink.

I happily take the drink from him and take a sip, "awwwe you got my favourite"

"No crying!" He warns, "I hate it when you cry"

My heart skips a beat at this but I decide to just enjoy the moment while it lasts.
