The mafias boss is killed by someone close to him and is exposed. So In return they ship his daughter away.


How will the old Mafia Princess react to the Americans mafia? Will she stand down? Or is there going to be a new Queen to welcome.


"Alright mafia Princess" he says and I freeze.

"Don't call me that, I'm not a weak princess anymore" I state.

"Then what do I call you?" 

"How about a mafia Queen?" I ask with a smile as I walk away.

-Mafia Queen-

"Push!!!" The nurse instructs me as I scream out in agony again, fucking thirteen hours of my life!!!


"I am pushing!!" I scream back at her and she jolts in fear before turning her attention on the baby.


"Baby, listen to me" Ethan soothes me while wiping sweat off of my head and kissing our conjoined hands, "I'm here for you and they're almost done okay?"


I nod quickly and turn back to pushing.


"One more push!" The nurse instructs me and I scream out in pain before letting out a sigh of exhaustion.


They take my baby away and clean him up before handing him over to me.


"Hello, Christian Benjamin Knight" Ethan smiles as tears gather in his eyes.


I hold him in my arms and watch as he nibbles on his bottom lip, letting out a small huff every few seconds.


Christian holds onto Ethan's finger and a tear slips down my cheek as I rest my head against Ethan's and he kisses both our heads.


"The second one is ready now" the doctor announced to us with a smile.


Ethan nods and places Christian into a baby cot whilst the nurse checks over him.


"Get ready to push push again" the doctor warns me and I let out a whimper.


"Hey-hey" Ethan says as he makes his way to my side and holds my hand, "just a few more minutes and the they're both here and ready to meet Elizabeth, and then they can attend our wedding." 


I nod and the doctor signals me to push.


I let out a loud agonising scream whilst giving the first push.

"Hello~" I coo as I hold our baby girl.


"What would you like to name her?" The doctor asks us.


I look over to Ethan and nod before stating, "her name is Annabella Lila Knight"


"That's a beautiful name for a beautiful baby" the doctor grins at me and Ethan glares.


The doctor moves away and Ethan shifts Christian in his arms.


"I don't get why we couldn't get you a private hospital with a female doctor" Ethan huffs out like a child.


I peck his lips before turning my attention back to our new baby's, "oh, Elizabeth is going to love being a big sister" 


"She's going to be brilliant, and Christians going to keep the girls away from boys. Aren't you?" Ethan coos over Christian.


"Ermm, no. They might not need a man, but if they do it will be gentlemen that will treat them like princesses" I state with a him and kiss all of their cheeks, including my big baby's.
