THE FEST

The weekend and the following week passed by sooner than expected. It was the day of the music fest. They have been told that local media would be there to cover the competition. People were buzzing and fussing over their clothes. This group of friends decided they'll be just casual as always except for Amy and who persuaded Em to dress up a bit. They had to meet at the band's flat at 6 and then go to the fest together.

Once Amy was done she looked at herself in the bathroom's mirror and eyed herself up and down. She was looking mesmerizing and it seemed like the millionth time when she looked at herself again. She was wearing the dress bought by Archie for her. She did look beautiful in it. It was a midnight blue dress whose colour turned black reaching any ends or corners. The main dress reached her knees. Another cloth was attached to the waitsband of the dress which was Sterling silver. The cloth was transparent with the same colour texture as the dress but was reaching to the ground and making the dress highlighted. The whole dress was sprinkled with small shimmery stars which will grown in dark. She was wearing black heels and black elbow length gloves. In one hand she was wearing a silver bracelet and in the other a silver ring. A beautiful shimmering silver necklace was tied gracefully around her neck. Her hair was made in a side bun. She wore black mettalic eye makeup and same lipstick. She wore long round silver earrings. She took a long breath in and released it slowly.

She made her way way towards he friend's room slowly which was the king's suite, much bigger than her's. She knocked at the door twice. The door opened revealing a gorgeous looking Em and Amy was awestruck. Em was wearing a white short dress with a Black belt with a panther in the middle. She was wearing ankle boots and her hair was swept on one side over her right shoulder. She was wearing light makeup and a simple heart pendant necklace. Em had a shocking look on her face and she said,"Is this you Amy?" Amy just giggled and Em hugged her saying,"It would be an understatement if I said you look beautiful and gorgeous and what not!!" Amy laughed a little pecked Em's cheek in return and said,"Same goes for you Em. You look breathtaking." Em thanked her and ushured her inside. They sat on the comfy coutch and chatted for a while when one by one the boys came out of their respective rooms.

Archie was wearing a plain black ripped t-shirt,showing parts of his toned skin and well trained muscles,whose sleeves were folded, with black jeans and completing his looks with a black leather jacket with golden lining on it. He was wearing black hiking boots. His hair were ruffled which gave him an entirely sexy look. He was also wearing his long chain pendant. When he came out of his room he was stunned for a moment when he saw Amy. Amy just chuckled at his reaction. Archie gave her a kiss on the cheek and complimented her. Same thing happened with the rest of the boys.

Ed was wearing white ripped jeans with blue t-shirt and had a white coat over it to give him a cool but formal look. He had his white shoes on. Steph was wearing a dark blue ripped jeans with a maroon coloured jacket over whatever t-shirt he was wearing with shoes.. Draco was wearing a brown sleeveless vest with light sky blue coloured jeans and trainers.

They all went on their way to the music fest. Whole campus was bustling with people and loud music. They enjoyed themselves a lot. After the sun was set the competition began. People were cheering for their colleges and dancing and bouncing on the songs. When the last second group was performing Amy and the others decided to go to the backstage and greet the professors. So they went on their way. When that performance ended , the anchor announced,"It was a splendid performance indeed and so we are only left with one more group today and that belongs to our host college. Give a huge round of applause guys." Whole campus erupted into cheers and hoots but nobody came up on the stage. 'Well that was weird' Amy thought. Suddenly a group of people came up to them and said pleadingly,"Guys we have a huge problem here and we desperately need your help. The main lead of our band has woken up with a bad throat today and we were informed just now. The others are also refusing to perform without him. Please for the honour of our college you do the performance." They all pleaded again and again. Surprisingly this was the same group of students who had bullied Amy earlier but Amy didn't seem to care who they were. She squealed and turned to face her friends, wearing a very cheeky smile a sparkling glint of happiness in her eyes but all of her friend's wore a don't care expression.
