LYNCH FAMILY

It was nearly 7 when she decided to go downstairs. As she reached the living room, she stopped in her tracks at the sight in front of her.

There, she could see an older version of Steph. The same bright blue eyes except for the crinkling of the skin. He had the same shade of skin as Steph too. He looked in his 50's and there was also a younger version of Steph or might not be. Nothing could be said for that boy. He resembled a lot to Steph except he had brown eyes. Both the men had brown hair and there was also a lady who had blonde curly hair and brown eyes. Her skin colour was lighter than the men.

She couldn't believe her eyes. She recovered from her stance, took a deep breath and made her way towards them. Lewis got up and smiled at her, she smiled back. Antonio got up and said,"Ah! Here she comes. Barry, Rose, meet my daughter, Amy." Amy smiled at them hesitatingly, they gave a nod in her direction and greeted her. Antonio told Amy,"Amy, meet my good friend Barry Lynch and his wife Rose Lynch and here is their son Miles Lynch." After the introductions Amy shook their hands and she realised they indeed were Steph's family. She made a mental note to talk to Steph about this.

They all had dinner together and after the desserts Antonio said,"Lewis,Amy, why don't you both show Miles around?" They both nodded and the three of them went out to give Miles a tour of the grounds. After some moments passed Lewis's phone rang and then he had to leave them alone. Miles said,"You are Amy Black, the manager of the Archie's band, am I right?" She nodded her head then Miles continued,"I wish I could tell Steph how much I love their band. Archie's my favourite even after Steph is my brother. I wish I could tell him how much I miss him."

Amy looked at him stunned. Miles continued,"my father doesn't let me and my sister contact him after they relaunched their career." He sighed and looked at Amy then continued,"Amy you are a very beautiful and brave woman. You deserve someone worthy of you. I've heard a lot about you from my sources and I know for a fact you've already got one. I don't know why you still agreed to this but I'm sorry. I can't do this." With that he left. Amy looked at his retreating figure in confusion. She was too shell-shocked, confused and stunned to form words. The only thought that was going on in her head was 'What the fuck just happened?'

She soon realised that her mouth was hanging open so she shut it and took deep calming breaths. She whispered to herself,"What in the bloody hell just happened? What was that?" She shrugged and went on her way. Reaching the entrance she saw that the Lynch family was leaving. She hurried and wished them good night and exchanged pleasantries.

She had just gotten back in her room when she heard knocking and the door creaked open. Lewis said,"Hey lil' raven. Dad wants to talk to you in his office now. Better hurry up." Heart pounding loudly and frantically in her chest, she swallowed the lump in her throat and said,"Let's go then."

Reaching the office door she took in a deep breath and sighed loudly from her mouth then slumped her shoulders. Lewis put his hand on her shoulder and gave a reassuring smile, saying,"You got it raven. I'm right here with you." She smiled a little and nodded. Lewis nudged her saying,"Go on then." She knocked on the door twice and heard a faint,"Come in."
