Erika stood up as did Azalea. "Yea, yea, like we'll be talking about you," she teased her husband, leading Erika to the other room.

"I know you would," He shrugged and went back to take care of the dishes. After putting them in the dishwasher, he sneaked near the living room to eavesdrop what they're talking about.

Erika and Azalea were talking about what some of their friends were doing. Some had gone on to get better jobs than they had, while others finished up high school finally.

Sidney was somewhat disappointed that they didn't gossip about him. Pouting, he went back to his work that was cleaning up the table.

Sidney took the tablecloth and folded it, sulking. Maybe he was not a hot topic, afterall.
