It didn't take Xing long to return to the room with the medication, moving to press it through the IV as he glanced at the monitors to make sure there was no change in vitals. Aoi wasn't to sure this would work, so he just sat there, his gaze lowered while trying to figure out how long he'd end up stuck here. Being home was better ah! He wanted to play his game, or work on some coding for money....

"There we go, it should take affect here in a few minutes. When you wake up we can go over the results." he said as he gathered the trash, throwing it way. "Did you need us to call anyone for you? Family, guardian?" Though this should of been asked a bit sooner, Xing was more worried about the youth getting sleep rather than anything else.

Aoi shook his head as he moved, rolling over so that he could stare at the wall. To be honest, he just didn't want to admit to the doctor that he was alone. Thankfully the male wasn't going to press the issue, and simply left with a few comments of being back to check up on him. Having someone take medication to 'sleep' always had a bit of risks.

Since the medications job was to help them sleep, it wasn't really sure if a reaction could happen while they were 'sleeping' causing more issue then good.

Though he didn't think he'd be able to sleep, Aoi slowly began to daze off. His eyes lids dropping as he began to close his eyes. The issue was that after a few minutes, they would flutter open before he repeated his actions of staring at the wall.

When Xing returned, this was the scene he returned to find. His own thoughts complicated as he looked at the youth who would 'sleep' for but a moment before opening his eyes again, only to repeat the process. This was rather odd! He had given him a good dose of lorazepam!

Xing quickly walked over to the bed, moving to take some vitals while checking Aoi's irises and breathing. The youth was in a daze and didn't really seem lucid to what he was doing. Though he kept opening his eyes, it would be more accurate to say that he was 'sleeping' with his eyes open!

Letting out a frustrated sigh, Xing made a call for some eye drops as well as a few other medications to see if he could 'balance' the first prescription. However, before the new medication and drops could arrive, Aoi finally 'snapped' out of his odd 'sleep'.

From becoming 'dazed' and lethargic, the youth blinked before for he began to stir in a panic. Sitting up while panting softly, eyes darting around the room. Xing had been keeping on eye on his vitals, so he was able to witness the true 'fear' the youth had as he 'woke'.

Feeling a flux of complicated emotions, Xing cleared his throat as he moved to lightly pat the youths shoulder, "Don't worry. You are still in the hospital okay? I came in to check on you." he stated while moving a seat near the bed to sit. "You were having a slight reaction to the medication so we are going to flush it out." he then said as the nurse finally arrived.

Taking the flushing medication, he easily pushed it into the IV drip as Aoi stared at the doctor, his fright from before leaving as he once more sat in a daze. He just wanted to leave!

Glancing up at the dazed expression, Xing couldn't help but want to reach over and make sure the youth truly was a wake this time. However, seeing the youth glance at the wall then back to him every few moments, he settled his concern. "I'll be here until the medication is fully flushed out, so no worries. If you'd like, I have the results that I can go over with you now?" he then asked.

Aoi blinked as he looked at the doctor for a moment before nodding softly. Though he was sure there wasn't really 'anything' to find. He just couldn't sleep ah? The reason why wasn't really clear to himself either!

Xing nodded as he opened the boys file and began to go over the notes the specialist had put after going over the results of his blood test and CT scan. "Well, for the better part you are mostly okay. Though you lack nutrients and a few other key proteins...." he began seeming a bit annoyed at he was seeing. Did this youth have a death wish ah?

"Aside needing to put on a few pounds you also have indications from the CT scan that there could be physiological issues." he then stated frowning. "We'll have to do more tests, but at least we are getting closer to something." he finally spoke as he closed the file.

Looking up, he found the boy staring back at him with a complicated expression. "Can't I just go home?" He finally said. Xing blinked a few times as he looked at the youth a bit loss. "Well, after making sure the reaction is dealt with, the other tests can be done in out patient care. Though I'd like to at least find a prescription that would work without the side affects from before."

Aoi lowered his gaze before nodding. Xing was left with leaving as it seemed the youth didn't have the thoughts of going back to sleep. He gave a few more comments on being back to make sure there was no more issues before he'd bring the papers for discharge.

Standing outside the room, Xing rubbed the back of his head as he sighed. He really needed to stop trying to handle everything. "Dr. Xing, the tests from before are here." a nurse said as she handed over a file. Xing blinked as he took the file and began to go over it. He frowned as he looked back to the room.

"You know....At first it was just because he was so small that I thought he was a young child. But then I thought he was a little girl..." she said of offhandedly to the doctor. "Who realized that his voice was so suited to his appearance ah? Soft and adorable." Xing just shrugged as he rolled his eyes. "There's a few people who sound different then the 'normal'. Don't go spotting nonsense okay?"
