By the time all the tests were finished, there still wasn't a set answer as to what the 'issue' was. Mostly lack of sleep and poor eating habits had caused this blunder. Thus the doctor wasn't able to come up with a set medication plan to help the youth. Instead he began the process of discharging him with the stipulation that he went to see the out patients Psychiatrist.

Aoi was forced to agree to this, even making an appointment that he'd have to attend before he would be allowed to go home. Though 'discharged' Aoi remained in the hospital. His mood was still down, as he rested in the waiting room.

Thankfully he didn't have to wait long. Soon there was a nurse to come and bring him back to the 'office' of his to be doctor. Feeling nervous, he sat on the couch while glancing around the room. Thankfully he was left alone in the room, given some time to sort his thoughts before the doctor finally entered.

He was different from the first doctor he saw, being rather tall and appeared rather smart. He wore the white doctors coat with a pair of glasses that added a unique air to him. He could tell he was pretty good at his job, with all the many awards listed along the walls.

Bai Yi moved to the arm chair next to the couch, his gaze going over the chart before looking up at the youth before him. A slight expression of surprise passed over his gaze before he settled it out. "Glad to see you are doing some what better." He then said, getting a confused look in return.

"The one who found you after you'd passed out, was me." he then stated with a light smile. Aoi just nodded as he glanced away, looking at the table before him. He really didn't know what to expect for this kind of appointment. To be honest, if he hadn't been brought here from the ER, he would of most likely just gone home.

Bai Yi seemed to sense the others awkwardness as he shifted, moving to put a bit more space between the two of them. "Well, they seemed at a loss with finding a cause for you passing out. Thus the only other option is more of that's psychological. So I'll ask you a few questions, and you just answer honestly okay?" he stated, adjusting the file he had before filling out the upper part.

Aoi waited while continuing to keep his gaze down, listening to the male.

"Have you ever had a feeling or want to harm yourself or others?" Bai began, asking the basic first question given to any patient needing an exam to test their psychological health.

Aoi shook his head, not wanting to talk. Instead he just bit at his lower lip, fiddling with his fingers. Hopefully he wouldn't need to say anything ah? Just nodding or shaking his head should be fine right?

The doctor glanced at the youth, catching this before he wrote the answer, along with a few notes from his own views on how the youth reacted. There were a few more basic questions to generalize the area they needed to go towards before getting to the later questions that would help find the issue.

"When you close your eyes to sleep, can you explain your state of mind?" he finally asked.

Aoi blinked as he finally looked up at the doctor. He'd spent the rest of the questions just shrugging or answering yes or no with the shake of his head or a nod. He hadn't actually spoken.

Feeling a bit annoyed that he couldn't just shrug this question off, he curled up slightly, holding his knees as he looked down again. "I...don't really know. I fall asleep only to wake up in a panic. It's like I'm being drowned in darkness and if I don't wake up, I'll die." he said in a rather soft tone, almost a whisper.

Bai nodded softly before taking a few more notes and asking another question. "Then, how do you normally sleep, if at all?" he then asked.

The youth rolled his eyes at nothing, still keeping himself pulled into a ball. "I either try to sleep and wake up a few hours later, or I pass out and then wake up around the same amount of time. I don't sleep for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time." he stated.

With a few more notes, the doctor nodded. "Do you know why you get so freaked out at the idea of sleeping then?" he asked. Usually when someone has this kind of issue, it was brought out by some kind of trauma.

Aoi shrugged. "There could be a reason, but I don't remember it. I don't remember anything from the time I turned 11." he said uncaring. He didn't really care about his past, so long as he could be left alone, he was fine.

From the earliest memory he had, he'd always been alone. Sure when he was a bit younger, someone would come check up on him. Though they never stayed for more than a few hours to clean and fill the fridge with food before leaving again. So Aoi more or less raised himself. To him, it was normal.
