You want to taste it?

Since Aiden had already decided to go to a place, the four of them decided to go there.

The girls took the lead and did not shy while ordering their favorites.

Maya had ordered enough for herself but that didn't seem the case with Sofia. She kept on telling the waiter various names of the dishes she wanted to try. 

The waiter had skillfully remembered all of them and once Sofia was done with it, he told everyone, "Okay, so now I'll be repeating all of it, do tell me if I miss something out."

After a speech of about half a minute, he asked again, "So, is that it for this table?"

Apart from Maya, who was used to this, the rest three of them looked at each other with confusion.

Aiden and Liam thought that it won't be polite to refuse the favorites Sofia wanted to eat, but if they added more to it, won't it be a bit too much? 

Meanwhile Sofia was in a different state of mind, "Wait, are you guys not going to eat anything?"

When she only received wide eyes from the two men and a mocking scoff from Maya, Sofia suddenly exclaimed, "Let me tell you. Don't think that I will share anything with you!" She looked at Aiden who still had to get out of shock and continued, "Um… Since you are my brother- in- law, I can share a few bites. But that's it!!" 

"Ahem…" Maya broke the awkward silence on the table, "Are you guys sure you do not want to want anything? You don't have to worry about Sofia not being able to finish the food she has ordered."

She had completely avoided the 'brother in law' part. "I am pretty sure that even after we are done with this dinner, she will have more space for dessert!" 

Seeing that Maya did not say anything when Sofia called him with his favorite title, Aiden was elated. "Of course! If you want to eat dessert after this, I know a good place. And Sofia, you don't need to share anything. I am quite certain, both me and Liam won't mind if you don't want to share your food with us... After all, such cheap misunderstandings must not be caused amongst family members! Am I right?"

Before Maya could react with anything, Liam quickly changed the topic as a true wingman and asked the shocked waiter to note down the rest of the order.

Maya was giving Sofia dirty glances… Why? Just because Sofia did not restrain herself while ordering, now they had to change tables, the dishes were too many for a four seater table!

She didn't know about others, but when she thought about what Aiden might think about them now onwards, Maya felt a bit embarrassed.

She gave both of the men an awkward smile as they got up and looked at Sofia. With fake anger she said, "You should learn to control yourself! How will you find a man like this!?" 

Sofia immediately nodded, "Yes-yes, sorry. How about I pay for this entire meal to compensate for it?" Sofia threw death glares at both Liam and Aiden before they could rebuke her. "Hm?" She knew that once Maya's nagging started, it would take forever to end.

"Okay." After getting an affirmative answer from Maya, Sofia sighed in relief. Although everyone else on the table was far more richer than her, she herself didn't have any shortage of money as well.

As the saying goes, women have a separate stomach for dessert! Even after stuffing themselves, both Maya and Sofia readily accepted when Aiden asked them about the dessert shop.

Aiden and Maya were sitting and waiting, while Sofia and Liam went over to place their order. 

Maya looked at both of them from behind. She knew that Sofia had many friends and the way she behaved with them, but somehow looking at her behavior with Liam, Maya had a weird feeling. Sofia was a bit too… too enthusiastic when she was with him.

It seemed as if both of them were talking, when all of sudden Sofia hit Liam playfully on his back. Both of them laughed as Liam rubbed her head. 

Maya looked at Aiden who did not find anything wrong at the moment. He was clueless about anything that was going on in Maya's mind. "Aiden, if you don't mind me asking…" 

"Hmm?" He looked up from his phone.

"Can you tell me a bit about Liam?" Maya asked awkwardly.

"What? You interested in him!!?"

"N-no! Of course not! Haha. But on a serious note, how is he, in general? Like does he play around with girls and stuff…?" As the sentence ended, Maya's voice also decreased.

"Umm… I am ashamed to say this, but you can say that my best friend is kind of a playboy." Aiden shrugged, "Well not exactly, but although they don't last long, at least he respects the girl he dates. That's something he will always do."

Maya raised an eyebrow as she looked at the two of them again, Liam had a funky smirk on his face.

As siblings, she knew that both Sofia and herself had a thing for beautiful smirks, it was the main thing that attracted both of them towards Lucas, and now Liam and Aiden respectfully.

"Ugh!"Maya groaned in her head. This was frustrating!

"But I assure you that I am definitely not like that!!" Aiden said a bit worriedly.

"Ya sure." Maya said as she watched Sofia and Liam come towards them with what they had ordered.

Both Aiden and herself had asked for different flavors of ice cream. Hers was Mint Choco- Chip while Aiden had Moose Tracks ice cream.

"Shall we walk you back?" Liam asked as he looked at Sofia. It seemed that they had already talked about it as they took lead in it, and started walking out.

This place was close to the place where Maya was staying. They could simply tell their drivers to come and pick up their cars later on.

Both of them walked ahead as Maya and Aiden walked behind them.

Looking at Aiden's ice cream, Maya slightly regretted her choice, she should also have chosen a new flavor instead of her old favorite one. 

Aiden who was enjoying this, added fuel to the fire, "This one's fun! It has a lot of chunks in it… It's a vanilla ice cream, peanut butter cups and fudge!"

He took a big step forward and stopped ahead of Maya, "You want to taste it?"
