"I thought meeting up with Jordan after 7 years was gonna be weird." I said laughing.

"Well I felt weird, You left me behind." Nathan said pouting.

"Sorry I just wanted to catch up with him. And his wife is so beautiful, I'm happy he found someone good enough to marry."

" me too. Wait you know you never actually told me why you and him were over." Nathan said while waiting for our luggage.

" Well, I will tell you the short story."

"why? we have a 45 minute drive"

He was right, I'll tell him the semi long story.

I laughed and nodded. "Well you know how Amy's dream was to go to Spain.?" he nodded and I continued " Well she was planning on going to USA to finish school and work at the same time to earn money to be able to accomplish her dream. She asked me to tag along and I couldn't say no. Soooo.... When The time to tell Jordan about it came. He made me choose between my Best Friend or his love... and well I never got to answer the question because he said immediately said he was joking that it was okay,that I should go with my Best Friend, Because Friends are forever and lovers aren't. And I decided to stay with him. But in less than a week Amy convinced Jordan to convince me. And I said no,again. But He told me so many things that made me convince myself into going."

"Like what?" He said while driving and paying attention to the road.

"That if we were meant to be, destination would be in charge of bringing us back together. And we stayed in touch, but during those months of separation I notice I wasn't really in love with him and he noticed it too. So we stopped communication one day and that was the end of my love story."

"It's nice to know he didn't leave you because you didn't want to do the next step." He said while wiggling his eye brows.

"You nasty.." I said while slapping his arm.

"Careful, I'm driving...."he giggled " But for real, It's nice to know that you guys finished the relationship in good terms."

"Yeah.." I smiled. " Good terms." I said looking out the window

"Are you regretting anything?" He asked.

"Like what?"

"Stopping that wedding?" He joked.

" No... Only regretting to agreeing with you." I said while looking at him. " do we really have to do this?" I asked again.

"Yes you do... So stop it. We are already here."

"Not necessarily... We still have 20 minutes until we get there. Plus she doesn't even know we are coming.. We can just go back to the airport."

"No, wait why didn't you tell her?"

I shrugged. "I felt it wasn't necessary." I noticed he rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Once the car was parked, I got out and went straight to the door before I change my mind. I saw the door open so I walked in with Nathan right behind me.

Once I was in I looked around, it was all so baby proof. I kept walking to where I had heard voices come from... The living room. I saw my best friend laying in the arms of her husband. I swallowed deep.

"Hey.." I let out.

I saw how Amy and Eric turned quickly around. "oh shit." Eric said. "You scared us"

I saw how Amy had a smile painted on her face while getting up and hugging me. "I missed you" She whispered.

I hugged her tight. "me too" I responded. Once we let go of each other I moved over so Amy could see behind me was Nathan.

"Oh my gosh. Nat!" She said,while what seem as if she ran towards him.

"Long, long time no seen." He said and responded to her hug. "Congratulation. You're a real mama now." He said while winking at her.

Once I separated myself from hugging Eric, he let out a fake cough in responseto Nat's comment. Thats when presented the two clueless boys. "Eric this is a very good friend of Amy and mine. Nathan This is Eric, Amy's husband and my ex... ex brother in law."

"pleasure to meet you Eric I heard tons of good things of you." Nathan greeted him while he shook Eric's hand.

"Pleasures all mine." He replied.

"Lets sit and catch up." Amy said while dragging me to the couch.

"Guys you let your front door opened...By the way." Nathan said.

"Oh, That's because I was washing the floor. Amy wants the house to be as clean as possible." Eric said.

I nodded and started to wonder where the baby was. I didn't say anything because I felt that I shouldn't ask.

"How was these last few months?" Amy asked.

I honestly didn't feel like talking about that in front of Eric. So I simply stared at Her. Practically giving her all the answers possible with just my eyes. But then I quickly thought, I shouldn't ruin her lovely day, with my bullshit. " Actually, better then I thought. " I quickly replied.

"Well I'm happy for you."She said. " We should have a barbecue. Don't you think Babe?" Amy ask.

"Yeah.. We should Imma run to the store. Nathan wanna tag along?" Her husband asked.

He simply nodded and got up following him out of the living.

"I want you to finally meet someone..." Amy said while getting up.

I also stand up. But the stopped. "I don't think I can do this." I said.

She confusedly looked at me. "You said you were fine."

"Well I'm not.." I said tearing up.

She wrapped her arms around me. But I got out of her arms."Come on Estella don't be like that." She said. "let's talk."

"could we go to one of the guest rooms because I don't want nobody interrupting us."

"Of course." She said and we both started walking up the stairs.

We sat in a room with just two single beds. She was sitting on the floor staring at me while I was hugging a pillow also sitting on the floor.

"I'm sorry..." Amy said before I even got the chance to talk. "I know I let you down. Even tho you won't show it." She said.

"You practically left me when I needed you the most.. I was going, no scratch that out.. I'm still going through a lot of bullshit." I said as my voice cracked. Amy simply stared at me and nodded. "I felt like I had lost a purpose in my life." She looked at me confusedly. "I had lost a baby, My purpose of creating life was lost. My friend had let me go. So the purpose of being always there for your friend. Was dead, lost. Even that making someone happy, through rich and poor, I had lost. So what other purpose was there for me to live on?." I said, as a tear rolled down my cheek. "I'm not over it. I could have had a baby in me. But instead I killed it. Like everything I've had in my life... That innocent baby pig. When I was taking care of it, I killed it.." I started saying as I remember when I was about 14, my uncle had gave me a baby pig, that was pretty weak, all I had to do is feed it. but failed, like everything else.

"Hold up... You were young, and the pig was pretty weak, It's not your fault." Amy interrupted me.

"I was feeding it milk and ended up drowning him with it! How is it not my fault!!" I let out.

"Look at me" I looked up at her. "You didn't loose me. I guess I was stupid enough to not notice how much You needed. In other words, yesterday was the day I noticed I was the one you had lost you. I'm sorry." She hugged me. "please continue to let your feeling out. What happened. I want to know everything."

I blinked the tears out of my eyes. " I needed you, and instead of you. Nathan came back into my life. And was there. And to say the truth. I wasn't going to come here. I sincerely thought you didn't want me. Near you, nor the baby. Nathan convinced me to come here and speak to you. To clear things up."

"I still love you sis.." She pulled me back into a hug. But after a few seconds there was someone at the door.

~ Ring. Ring~

"Go.. get the door, we'll speak later." I said. She nodded and quickly went down the stairs. I got up from the floor and decided to go down the stairs until I saw the baby's room. I stared at all the baby stuff, Color blue. It was a boy. I half smiled.

"Where is my little god child.!" I heard a very annoying voice said. Jazmin.

What the hell was she doing here... And wait What! She's the god mother!?

"He's asleep." Amy replied and just in time little baby started moving around as if he was waking up. I quickly went to his crib. I admired him a few seconds and then picked him onto my arms. He was started making noises. I gentle started rocking him slowly in my arms and sang him a verse of Shawn Mendes song. Life of the party.

I let out a smile as I saw how little Eric fell asleep once again. I gently laid him on the crib. I turned around and saw a shadow standing in the door. I walk towards him.

"It's been sooo long since I heard you sing. You've got better." He complemented me.

I nodded and walked pass him.

"Are you kidding me?" He asked and I turned around with tears in my eyes.

"What?" I said as my voice cracked once again.

He came closer to me. "What's wrong babe?"

What makes him think I'll be able to fall into his arms by saying that word.

"Don't. And I was just leaving...." I said quickly as I walked down the stairs and I saw Jazmin sitting on the couch.

Of course he came with her... I thought to myself...

I walked out the front door. I for once not stopped by anyone, Not Greyson nor Amy... I started to walk down the block when I heard footsteps.

"Stop it, Estella.."

"Nathan, please leave me alone." I said as I lets the tears fall.

He finally catches me and hugs me tight. "You bumped into him, didn't you?" He asked.

I nodded and I cried into his shoulder.
