Morning came by quick. In no time we were all dress up ready to bring Georgia back to her daddy.
We decided to walk in the woods to reach the camping ground. Going there by car would make us do a long route contouring the woods. It was easier to go there on foot.
We all ate and started walking our way to the probably worried father.
"Can I put some music on? 'Caus it's boring just walking straight seeing only a bunch of all same looking trees." said Aria with a big sight.
"Okay but still look around for Kim's sister and Georgia's father." Answered Taeo, too focused on looking at his scrounging to notice Aria's big enthusiastic smile.
The energetic girl took out her cell phone and pressed play on the first song she saw. Aria honestly has a taste I said to myself while humming the lyrics to the song she had put.
"Smooth like butter, like a criminal undercover. Gon pop like trouble, breaking into your hearth like that." sang Jackson with all his heart.
"Cool shade stunner, yeah owe it all to my mother. Hot like summer, yeah I'll make you sweat like that." sang Emily this time.
Everyone was singing loudly and vibing to the wonderful song created by BTS. Even Georgia was signing.
Although everyone was having fun, I and Taeo were still paying more attention to our surroundings than to the signing bunch of people besides us.
We've been walking for a while now, my legs were starting to get numb but I will not take a break not until Georgie is sound and safe. Speaking about the little girl, she was now asleep on Taeo's back. The signing and cheering had now been replaced by silence, being careful to not wake up the little angel.
"Aww can we take a break I am so tired." said an exhausted Mark.
"Come on we are almost there," I said not wanting to stop until Georgia was brought back to her father.
"Courage Mark, we should be there in about five minutes." added a cheerful Emily.
At her word, a cheerful Jackson screamed, "Hey guys! There are some tents!"
He then started to run in the direction of the tents, followed by a yelling Emily and a happy Aria. I and Taeo smiled, happy to finally arrive at their destination. Once we reached the others I decided to wake up Georgia.
"Sweaty, wake up we have reached the camping. You think you can help us to find your daddy?"
"Yes," she said excitedly at the thought of finding her father.
Taeo then bring the little girl onto her feet and took her hand in his.
"Did you and your dad go camping around here?" Jackson asked her.
"Yes, I think our tent was that way" answered Georgia before leading us in the direction she spoke about.
She leads us farther onto the camping grounds and walked faster each time she saw a clue of her surroundings. After a few minutes, we all stopped on our track. We could hear the voice of a crying and yelling man. Georgia seemed to know that voice as she started to run for it.
Immediately we followed her worried to leave her alone. Running after her, the little girl jumped into the arms of the crying man making cry even more. We didn't need to ask to know who that man was.
"Daddy!" scream Georgia happily.
"Oh my little girl! I was so scared." Answered the angel's father.
We spend the rest of our morning with Georgia and Maxim, her father. They were both very happy to be back together again. Maxim made us a lunch to thank us to have took care of his daughter. We ate with them before leaving again towards our camping emplacement. Walking that much was tireful and Jackson wouldn't stop complaining.
''Ya! If you don't stop complaining I swear you won't be able to speak by the time we get back.'' shouted Emily loudly.
For our sake, Jackson immediately closed his mouth. Leaving us in a peaceful silence.
After a few hours we reached our tents. Our weekend was over and we needed to return home. Each one of us were working in the morning so we had no choice but to stop our research for now. Even if it breaks my hearth I had no choice as I did not want to be a burden for the others, plus we already looked almost all the forest. Julia probably was hiding in the city.
Everyone was packing their things. However I only kept looking in the deep forest. I didn't started packing yet but the others where all on the verge of finishing.
"It's okay we are gonna find her next time. We aren't giving up just taking a break." said Taeo who sat beside me.
"I know, I'm just worried. What if she got hurt? I would never be able to pardon myself for leaving her all alone. She's my sister and I left her." I said on the verge of crying.
Taeo went closer to me and bring me into a hug. There I exploded in tears, not able to hold them in anymore. I cried and cried hearing him whisper in my ear. Even if he was close I couldn't point out his words as tiredness started to take over. My eyes closed slowly and my cries started to muffle as I fell to dreamland.
