Who The Hell’s This Guy!?

"Amos, " said Kenzo, "Look at your armor. Should you be waiting in line to go to a holy castle in that?"

Amos looked down at his armor, "Ohh, that's right. It's Black Metal Armor."

"Correct. Specifically made for people indulged in the antagonistic community."

"Yeah, " Amos answered, "I don't think Gee Ling's gonna let me in like this."

Since it was a bit too suspicious to go into the kingdom wearing a villain's armor, lest he'd regret it later, Amos decided to step out of the line of people to the gate, and hide his armor in the tall itchy grass. Next, he tried getting back his place in the line.

"Nice, " he said, trying to squeeze back into the line, "I just went to do something."

"I can not allow you to squeeze into the line, " said a blonde man, "Go to the end of it, and wait patiently, you fool."

"But I'm the guy who was just standing here a few seconds ago."

"Leave the line, you get left behind."

To avoid unwanted attention, Amos decided to go to the end of the line with an annoyed facial expression. And after waiting ten minutes, he was up next to be permitted by the Gate Goddess to enter the great walls of the Kingdom of Atridorne.

"Next, " said a Guard, pounding his spear unto the ground's surface.

As Amos stepped forward, he noticed an increase in the number of guards there once were. There were eight guards in metal armor protecting their Kingdom. And as he waited, he remembered just how large the kingdom was. It was at least three times larger than Queen Catra's Kingdom.

Gee Ling then appeared, "Greetings, traveler."

Amos bowed, "Hello, uhm, lady."

Upon hearing this, Kenzo whispered, "So informal."

"O, it is you again. You came here with Snow."

Remembering how beautiful she was, Amos could not have looked her in the eyes. For she would see him blushing. Thus, he remained in a bowing position, and spoke to her that way.

Gee Ling then asked, "Not done bowing yet?"

Her very presence delivered serenity, yet Amos was scared of her.

"Oh, sorry, " he stood straight, and looked away from her.

"Stop it, " said Kenzo, "You'll make yourself suspicious."

Gee Ling hovered with a gentle smile on her face, as her glittering white hair blew in the wind, "It appears to me that you can not speak to ladies, can you?"

A guard then furrowed his eyebrows, "Damn Misogynists."

"I can, " Said Amos, forcing his face to look at her, "I can look at ladies."

She then smiled again, tilted her head, and closed her eyes jovially, "You can enter..."

"Thank you, Gee Ling!"

"When you learn how to speak to ladies, " she continued with a permanent smile.

A shocked grimace then appeared on Amos' face, "What!?"

"I was just fooling around with you, " she giggled heavenly, "You may enter. Have a great day."

"Same to you, " replied Amos.

And as she disappeared, the armored guards opened the huge gate to the Kingdom, and Amos entered.

As soon as he had entered, he ran and hid behind a house.

"Can't let anyone see me like this."

Then, he looked around, and when he stood clear of citizens' absence around, he untied the brown bag. Secondly, he opened the bottle and slurped the Appearance Altering potion down. As instructed, he pictured himself with brown short hair, taller body, and green eyes. Next, an aura appeared around him transitioning to a luminous glow on the areas he had imagined differently, and his physique was altered accordingly.

"There, " he looked at Kenzo, "Any difference?"

"Yeah, it worked just fine."

"Great. Any more handsome?"

"Stop pushing it."

He laughed, "How long will this last?"

"Most requires you to purchase an antidote — until then, you remain the same. You'll have to visit the old lady to ask that. But I'm pretty sure the bottle has instructions on it."

Amos held the empty bottle high, "Oh, you're right, there are instructions, " he said, "It's just as you said. The antidote is needed to change back."

Amos then stepped away from the house, and continued walking through the kingdom. And as he walked, he glimpsed over at Xui Zang's house, and saw Xui Zang painting the walls. Seeing this, he started walking faster to avoid attention.

After a half an hour later, Amos found himself in front of King Adrian's castle. And to his surprise, there were thirteen guards, some appearing to be Holy knights filling in on the guard's role.

He walked forward, "May I enter, please?"

A Holy Knight stepped forward too, "I can not recall seeing you here before, " he eyed Amos, "Who exactly are you?"

'That's right. I haven't thought of a name yet. Shit! I'll have to improvise."

"I am Avos Bridgeman, Servant from a faraway island!"

Kenzo noticed Amos's attempt to speak proper English, and his change of voice, "Good Amos, just try and convince them now. You need to enter."

The Holy Knight walked closer, "I do not incline toward your eyes. You seem rather strange, Avos Bridgeman. And may I ask why you are here?"

"I-I am trying to get a job here as a servant to your king."

All of the guards laughed at him obstreperously.

The Knight then replied, "You honestly think that our King will approve of such stupidity? Have you no sense? There are no male servants here."

Amos looked down, "No male servants? There must be a mistake, " Amos eyed him, "Then I wish to be the first!"

The men burst out in laughter again upon hearing him.

"Such ignorance, " said the Knight, "What King will ever avoid hiring male servants from his very own residence, only to give up those roles to foreigners."

Embarrassed, Amos looked down yet again.

"And Avos Bridgeman, " said the Knight, "Can you please repeat where you came from? Because I happen to know the entire map of this world."

"A faraway island."

"Specify. There many faraway islands of which I happened to explore."

'SHIT! I'm in trouble. I don't know any Archerian islands! And this guy looks as if he knows his thing. One mistake, and they'll refuse to let me speak to their king.'

"It is a very small island, very small in size."

"But Avos Bridgeman, " the Knight asserted, "You are not being very specific here!"

"It is Uteru, a faraway isle from here."

"Uteru, " he said, "I can not remember a place called Uteru being on Archeria's map. You need to give me directions. Which other island is closest to it?"

"Island?"

"Do not play deaf with me, immigrant. If you do not know where you lived, then something has to be wrong."

"It's near uh—"

'Shit! I'm failing. I should have learned my continents before I got here.'

"It is near Rix's Isle, " said someone from behind, "In fact, it is only a few meters away from Rix's Isle."

Amos looked behind, and his eyes met an unknown figure. With smooth skin, brown hair, and leather clothing. The man walked rather confident, and had a smile on his elegant face. While the man walked up to the group, Amos stood bewildered like a little ball in a field of tall weeds.

"And who might you be?" asked the Knight.

"I am Azure Bridgeman, " said the man, "His brother."

Sweat ran down Amos's face, as he gulped down the air in his mouth to an audible extent.

"Please excuse Avos. He can sometimes forget the mother island's native name in which Uteru has drifted away from over the many long years. Rix's Isle too has undergone Continental Drift. And silly Avos here always try to remember Rix's Isle's native name."

The knight glanced at Amos, "And what is its native name?"

"Rix's Isle is also known as Rixord-De Loo Mon D. Diamond. This name belongs to the first man to walk on the island. No wonder why people's memory suffer in the remembering of it. After all, Avos only came to learn the full name of it recently."

"I see, " said the Knight, "I may have to visit this 'Uteru' sometime, because I can not recall it being a thing. I only know about Rix's Isle."

"I understand, " said Azure, "You see, Uteru is one of the many islands with no official name assigned to it yet. It can possibly be because of its small size and population density. I am greatly sorry, sir. But do not fear, your vast knowledge has not failed you. It is only the island that is unknown, so you couldn't possibly know it."

"Why are you both here again?"

"We wish to speak to your King, " said Azure, "It is not too urgent, but it is a bit important."

"Okay, stay here, I need consent to let you in first, " said the Knight as he entered the castle.

"Tell him that we are here to speak about code V conspiracy."

As he left, the strange 'Azure' man glanced at Amos. And as Amos looked at him, he smirked cockily and focussed his eyes elsewhere.

"My king, " the Knight bowed.

"What is it now? Can't you see I am sitting here?"

"Pardon me, my king. I am here to inform you of two travelers going by the names Avos and Azure Bridgeman, wishing to speak to you."

"Travelers? Exile them at once."

"But my king, they told me to inform you of something called 'code V conspiracy'. Should I still exile them?"

King Adrian placed elbows on the throne's arms and closed his eyes slowly. Next, he sighed and said, "Let them in."

"I shall, my king."

The Knight then walked back to the travelers, and told the other guards to search them for weapons. And after the search, the others signaled the knight that they were clear, and he allowed them to enter.

"Come let us go, my brother, " said Azure, "Let us speak to our royal highness."

'What. What just happened. Is this guy legit? Did I go by a fake name that's actually real? Is Uteru really a thing? Boy, I am questioning my existence right now.'

They then entered the Kingdom, and was ready to speak to speak to King Adrian.

As all of this happened, Amos had one thing on his mind, 'WHO THE HELL's THIS GUY!?'
