Guess Who’s Back

Ash and Susie have arrived at Brock's Pokemon Village just off from Route 3, the sun is starting to rise, they walk out of the trees and the first thing to catch Pikachu and Ash's attention is the big wooden arc at the entrance of the Pokemon Village, it has writing across it which becomes clear as they start getting closer, "A Pokemon's eyes have the power to speak a great language" Ash, Pikachu and Susie walk under the wooden arc and into the Pokemon Village they are amazed as they see a lush of green overcome the land, with small pink flower patches spread across the grass, a small bright blue river that runs down from the hill and out of the Pokemon village is surrounded by rocks on its side, Pokemon playing and sleeping in the newly risen sun all around the Village, it is covered by bushy tall trees around the edges of the Village, you couldn't find it unless you knew it was here.

Ash and Susie are greeted by Timothy who is running towards them waving his hands, "Susie, Ash nice to see you again!" Timothy shouts out, "Hi Timothy, it looks like you've been busy?" Susie responds with a curious tone, "Yeah there was a fire or something near Viridian Forest and we couldn't get a hold of the Viridian City Pokemon Centre so all the injured Pokemon came here" Timothy explains to Susie while Ash is looking around irritated, Timothy looks at Ash confused "What's wrong Ash?" Timothy asks, "I thought this was Brock's village?" Ash replies with an impatient tone, "It is" Timothy replies still confused about what Ash is asking, "So, where is Brock?" Ash demands, Susie turns around to Ash and crosses her arms. "You're very impatient you know that Ash," "He's just helping up with the last couple of Pokemon that came in last night, follow me I'll take you to him ok," Timothy tells Ash, Ash and Susie follow Timothy through the Pokemon village, Pikachu is sniffing around the pink flowers and is greeted by a very small Paras who smiles at Pikachu, Pikachu smiles back but is interrupted by Ash calling his name as they go further into the Village.

"Pika" Pikachu shouts out as they see a tall figure in the distance, the figure turns around and it's Brock, his wearing dark green jeans that give his legs air to breathe, his jeans are held up with a brown casual belt, covering the belt is a long sleeve orange shirt with a black V around his neck, Ash and Pikachu start running towards Brock with Susie and Timothy falling behind as they start to slow down. Pikachu jumps up into Brock and gives him a hug, "Pikachu so nice to see you again and Ash, wow it's been a while hasn't it" Brock exclaims, "Its a nice Village you got here Brock, you always wanted to look after Pokemon and now this it's incredible" Ash compliments Brock, "thanks Ash, that's nice of you to say, injured Pokemon needed a place to recover, and this was the best way to do it while keeping them safe from other Pokemon and humans, so what brings you by? I saw you win in Alolha well done 7th time the charm yeah" Brock laughs as he pats Ash on the shoulders who doesn't find it that funny. "I'm here because of this letter I got from this weird old man," Ash pulls out the letter, Susie and Timothy finally walk up next to Ash whose pulling the letter out of his red and white backpack with a marking of a horseshoe and an old-styled A in the middle of it. "This letter" Ash pulls the letter out and shows it to Brock, Timothy looks on studying the old envelop curiously. "Have you seen or know anything about these letters Brock?" Ash asks Brock who grabs the envelope from Ash's hand and looks at it closely, "I have heard of these before but I don't know if it's the same thing, are you going to open it, Ash?" Brock asks, Ash grabs the letter back and starts to open the envelope and pulls out the piece of paper, Ash reads the letter out loud

"You have completed the first task, the next task you must visit the Champion of Celadon City through the hot rocks there you will find the challenge of the champion"

"Champion of Celadon City" Timothy mumbles confused, "It's shorter than the last letter," Ash says but easy to understand, "So I guess I need to head off to Celadon City, but what do the hot rocks mean?" Brock grabs the letter and reads it over again to himself "there is a small desert just before Celadon City maybe hot rocks mean that desert?" Brock says to Ash and hands the letter back. "But who is the"

*Bang

Timothy is interrupted by a bang that is coming from the entrance of the Pokemon Village, they all run towards it and see all the Pokemon getting sucked up by a massive vacuum, "What's that?" Susie shouts out, Timothy grabs on to the small Paras who is about to get sucked up and puts him down behind him. "STOP IT AT ONCE!" Brock shouts out as three figures jump out from behind the vacuum, "Its Team Rocket!" Ash shouts out. "Are these three still following you around Ash?" Brock says with an unbelievable face "Hey old twerp, nice Pokemon Village you made yourself here" Jessie shouts out, "So nice of you to gather up all the Pokemon for us to just pick off" James says laughing, "Yeah, you're like Santi Claus for us" Meowth shouts out, "Don't worry I can handle this" Ash tells them as he picks up two Pokeballs from his belt but is stopped by Susie, "Wait, Ash, let Timothy and I deal with these losers" "Losers!" Jessie yells out, "Who are you calling losers mini twerp" James yells out offended, Meowth moves the giant vacuum onto Ash and his friends, Ash and the others run for cover behind the rocks next to the river. "Ash lets us handle them," Susie tells Ash, "Brock this is our village as well, we can handle it," Timothy looks at Brock hoping Brock will say yes. Brock nods his head in understandment, "All right you ready sis" Timothy gets up and pulls out a Pokeball, "right behind you brother" Susie and Timothy step out from behind the rock and throw their Pokeballs out, a bright white light shines from Timothy's Pokeball as Alolan Golem appears, a bright light shines from Susie's Pokeball as Coalossal appears. "Wow, who's the Pokemon?" Ash pulls out his Pokedex "Coalossal the Coal Pokemon, Rock/Fire-type, while it's engaged in battle, its mountain of coal will burn bright red, sending off sparks that scorch the surrounding area."

"And Timothy has an Alolan Golem, that's so cool" Ash looks on amazed with these two Pokemon with Brock looking on curious on how this will play out.

"Those rocks are no match for our super-strong vacuum" Meowth shouts out and puts the vacuum to the highest setting, the suction coming from the vacuum is strong and powerful, it is sucking up rocks, branches off the trees, water from the river but Timothy's Golem and Susie's Coalossal are not budging, "Susie they are destroying the Village we need to stop that vacuum," Timothy shouts to Susie for help, "Coalossal use rock throw to plug that vacuum up!��� Susie shouts out to Coalossal, Coalossal walks forward it's back shining a bright hot red as little flames shoot off it's back, it screams out as it uses rock throw "Coallloooossssaaaalllll!" a giant rock appears from it's back and is thrown hurtling through the air and 'bang' a direct hit, the rock plugs up the giant vacuum. "Well, that's not good," James says as Team Rocket looks down at the vacuum which is starting to expand, "can you guys hear that?" Jessie asks the vacuum starts making a crackling sound.

*Bang

The vacuum explodes sending Team Rocket into the dirt, Team Rocket looks up, the sun is blocked out by the two rock type Pokemon, "I have a bad feeling about this" Meowth says in a worried tone. "Golem, Coalossal, Fire Punch!" Timothy and Susie shout out as the two rock Pokemon bring their fists back as they charge it up and surround their fist with a burning flame, "NOW!" Timothy and Susie shout out, the two Pokemon use fire punch on Team Rocket sending them flying into the sky in a ball full of fire, "We're blasting off again1" Team Rocket shout as they disappear into the sky with a star appearing after them.

Brock and Ash are standing in front of Timothy and Susie, "You guys were amazing, your Pokemon are so strong what do you think Brock, aren't they strong?" Ash congratulates the brother and sister but they haven't cracked a smile they have their heads down looking into the ground, "Look around you two, the river is almost empty, the trees are wrecked, the flowers are gone and the ground is covered in twigs, leaves, and rocks," Brock says with a stern voice. Ash looks confused, he looks up at Brock and is about to say something but chooses to keep his mouth shut, "we are lucky it only hit this part of the village and shouldn't take to long to fix up" Brock tells Susie and Timothy who is still looking down at the ground, "and if it wasn't for you two this could have happened to the whole village," Susie and Timothy look up shocked "you two where smart blocking the vacuum up, you worked as a team and you saw what it was doing to the Village and because of that you saved the Village, thank you Susie and Timothy" Brock congratulates the two on a good battle, Susie and Timothy get watery eyes as they come in and hug Brock tight, the three of them fall to the ground and start laughing, Ash and Pikachu look at each other confused. The three get up and dust themselves off, "Brock," Timothy says in a soft voice, Brock looks up at Timothy, "I think I'm ready to look after the Pokemon Village" Susie shocked at what has just been said, she turns to look at Brock who is looking Timothy right in the eyes with a blank expression, "You've built something great here Brock, but this is not what you want to do the rest of your life, you told me yourself, you still have a lot to learn, you want to travel, discover, help Pokemon all around the world and you can't do that if you're here. I have trained under you for almost two years now, I can handle myself in a battle, I can look after the Pokemon." Brock looks at him thinking about what his little brother had just said, "Plus he'll have me right by his side," Susie chimes in, she wraps her arm around Timothy's shoulders and smiles at Brock. Brock finally breaks his blank expression with a smile, "You're right there is so much more I need to learn, discover, help and I trust both of you to look after this Pokemon Village to put the Pokemon first and guard the village from poachers and people like Team Rocket, thank you both and be there for each other and work together not against." Brock smiles at his younger sister and brother as the three of them come in for another hug, "Oh yeah, Brock I ripped my dress can you please sew it up" Susie asks, all three of them laugh and back away from the hug.

"So where are you going to go now, Brock?" Ash asks curiously "Well Ash I'm very interested in these letters you're getting and if it's ok with you I'd like to travel with you again?" Brock looks at Ash hoping he'll say yes, "Yes, of course, travelling with friends is the best," Ash clenches his hand into a fist as a wide grin appears on his face. "But before we go I want to have a battle with you Ash" Brock tells Ash, "Of course it'll be fun to see how strong you've got," Ash replies ready for the battle.

"Crobat come out and help me" Brock sends out Crobat, "All right let's see how strong you've become, Pidgeot I choose you!" Ash calls out Pidgeot, Brock shocked as he sees Pidgeot appear from the Pokeball, "You got Pidgeot back" Brock yells out, "Yep he was the king of Route 1 so heads up Brock" Ash warns Brock about Pidgeot's power. "You're not the only one that can surprise your opponent, Crobat mega evolve!" Brock pulls out his necklace under his shirt and reveals his mega stone clipped onto the end of the necklace, a light surrounds Brock's mega stone and a bright light surrounds Crobat as Crobat changes form into Mega Crobat. "We're ready when you are Ash" Brock shouts confidently, "Pidgeot start off with gust" Ash calls the first move, "Mega Crobat dodge and use dark pulse," Brock retaliates. The two Pokemon lock in an air battle, Pidgeot uses gust sending the wind to bring up all the leaves, twigs, and rocks but Mega Crobat dodges and hits dark pulse on Pidgeot. "Pidgeot, you ok?" Ash calls out, Pidgeot shakes its head and flies higher up, "Pidgeot, gust again" Ash calls, "Mega Crobat, cross poison right through the gust send Pidgeot to the ground," Brock demands. Pidgeot uses gust sending all the debris flying up again, Mega Crobat uses cross poison right into the gust, the cross poison goes right through Pidgeot's gust bringing some of the debris with it and smashing into Pidgeot who gets pushed into the ground and about to smash into one of the rocks next to the river but Ash runs and jumps in front of Pidgeot and smashes into the rock with Pidgeot landing on Ash as they hit the rock with a thud "Are you two ok?" Brock shouts out, Ash with a painful expression on his face looks at Pidgeot, "Are you ok Pidgeot? Ash asks, Pidgeot looks back at Ash with his eyes watering a little amazed that Ash just jumped in front of the rock for him, Pidgeot climbs off of Ash, "I know I left you Pidgeot and I am really sorry but I promise I will never leave you again" Ash looks at Pidgeot with a sorry expression, Pidgeot puts his head down and pulls out a small object from his neck with his beak, Ash puts his hands out, Pidgeot drops two small objects into Ash's hands. It's a mega stone and Pidgeotite, Ash looks at Pidgeot amazed and shocked, Pidgeot's rubs his head against Ash's shoulder, Ash looks at Pidgeot in the eyes and nodes his head he hands the Pidgeotite back to Pidgeot who puts in back in his fur around his neck.

"We're all good Brock lets get back to the battle," Mega Crobat finish this with dark pulse go" Brock shouts out his attack, "not so fast Brock," Ash tells him, Brock confused on what is happening looks on cautiously, "Pidgeot, show them you're true power mega evolve!" Ash calls out "WHAT!" Brock shouts out shocked at what is about to happen, a bright light surrounds the mega stone in Ash's hand, Pidgeot's neck lights up, and Pidgeot changes into Mega Pidgeot, "Mega Pidgeot sky attack go!" Ash calls out his attack while Brock and Mega Crobat are still thrown back at what just happened. Mega Pidgeot lands a hard strong sky attack into Mega Crobat who gets sent back to the ground, "Mega Crobat are you ok?" Brock shouts out panicked "Mega Pidgeot finish this, use hyper beam!" Ash sends out what he hopes to be his last attack, "Mega Crobat quick, protect!" Brock shouts out quickly, a green shield overcomes Mega Crobat as a beam of orange and grey light comes straight at Mega Crobat hitting the protect but it's not enough the hyper beam breaks the protect hitting Mega Crobat again, "Mega Crobat!" Brock yells out shocked. Mega Crobat gets up but looks badly hurt, "Mega Pidgeot brave bird!" Ash shouts out, "Mega Crobat let the strong come out on top, brave bird as well!" Brock retaliates hoping his Pokemon is stronger, the two mega Pokemon fly at high speed straight into each other, they collide sending debris and dirt everywhere, the Pokemon shoot out of the dust in the middle of the field and land on opposite ends of the field, Mega Pidgeot stands up and turns his head towards Mega Crobat who pushes his wings up from the ground but collapses and turns back into Crobat, Mega Pidgeot wins, Ash wins. Ash runs towards Mega Pidgeot who turns back into Pidgeot, "That was amazing Pidgeot!" Ash says with excitement, "Crobat return" a red light beams Crobat back into his Pokeball, "you did great Crobat," Brock whispers to his Pokeball. "Pidgeot, have a nice rest you deserve it," Ash returns Pidgeot.

"So Celadon City Ash, let's do this" Brock says as he walks up to Ash. "Let's get going Brock, see you, Susie and Timothy, come on Pikachu." Ash and Brock say bye to Susie and Timothy who are waving goodbye and are smiling that they get to look after the Pokemon Village their older brother Brock created.
