Had an assignment to write unresolved cases, Lilith, a rebellious pretty girl was excited and thought about the abandoned house near her new neighborhood. To her dismay, her teacher rejected her assignment after writing an unsolved case of Felicia. The more she tries to find the truth, the more she uncovers. Unsolved Case: Felicia

It turns out that Dad's acute pancreatitis worsen. It's been 3 weeks and a half and that was the last time I heard an update from Doctor Merkel.


"How is he, Doc?" Mom asked, looking at Doctor Merkel. Doctor Merkel looked at Mom with a pitying look on his face, why do I hate it?


"I'm sorry but Mr. Barkley is terminally ill.." Mom's face widened at what Doctor Merkel announces. Terminally ill? I looked at Dad that is still sleeping. "That means…. There is no cure?"


Doctor Merkley gave Mom a pity look, "I'm sorry.."


Before I knew it, Mom cried. She is crying, almost screaming out of the pain that she felt. Doctor Merkel looked at me with a pity look and nods as he leaves the room. I hugged Mom and I didn't notice.. tears stream down my face. Mom went out of the room, "Mom! I shoul—"
