Aldric stayed up all night after he told his father-in-law that Adrianna had returned. He even kept Adrianna's whereabouts a secret, so his in-laws wouldn't worry. Towards morning, Adrianna woke up and saw Aldric sitting next to her, closed with his arms folded across his chest. His head rested on the back of the chair, he looked exhausted, still wearing the shirt he wore yesterday. Adrianna felt so guilty seeing her husband like that.

Adrianna shuffled down from the bed, she felt the urge to pee, and it turned out that when she got down the IV needle got stuck until the pole overturned and fell causing a loud thud that finally woke Aldric.

"Hey ..." Aldric blinked, as soon as he knew what was happening, Aldric ran to Adrianna and immediately helped her.

"Sorry to woke you up, I just need to go to the bathroom." Adrianna looked at Aldric with puppy eyes.
