Hello, there, Xie here~!
I only wanted to say that I wrote this story mainly for fun in the beginning. However, after a few months had passed by, I began to write more seriously ever since I got into the Webnovel platform.
Of course, I took references from animes, songs, pictures, and other stories for this one. I also read other stories and stole several fancy words, muahahaha!
However, please keep in mind that I'm still new in writing. I have never written anywhere before aside from this platform and Wattpad. I am also not a native English speaker, nor have I spoken using the language before. All my knowledge about it is all from the internet and school.
If there are any typos, misspellings, or even grammar mistakes, please don't hesitate to point them out. I will appreciate any help I can get and I will try to fix those mistakes as soon as I can. I will also appreciate the supports you gave me, thank you very much for giving my book a chance to be read~!
This book is not the most perfect one out there, but I hope that it's not the worst either. My grammar is also NOT the best, but I'll also try to make it work.
I will admit that there are more beautiful works out there. There are also other works that may be more interesting than mine.
I may not know much about fancy or beautiful and complicated English words, but I'll try to add more into this book as I go and I hope you can understand~! I will try to make this book and the other upcoming books a fun ride for you guys!
I am still a student as I write this particular book (Our Story: Spirit Wielders - BOOK 1). So, there might be days where I won't upload (or sometimes forgot to). I'll try to upload at least once a day. For now, that's my schedule. I might upload twice or more, but know that the said moment will be rare.
Do take note that I'm also in charge of several school events and have the obligations as a student and as a child to study, so I might not be able to update as often as before. I might be on several hiatus or even stopped for a (long) while.
But don't worry! I plan on finishing this book/story, even if it'll take me years–– maybe decades!!
Some arcs or acts of this book might be (much) longer than others. One would be shorter whilst the next one is far longer. I hope you can understand that I divide the volumes in this book based on the arcs or acts. Thank you for your understanding~!
And to add to that, I will be taking references from various mythologies and legends to fit into my plots. Please keep in mind that the myths and legends that I will be taking would NOT always be the same. I will be changing them drastically to fit my own version of the legends.
I might only be using their names and roles, but change their whole lore entirely. If you're not up for it, then please bear with me! I did it for the sake of the story.
Also, another writer (miwaknight) is helping me edit my chapters whenever I'm on a hiatus, so hooray! Please support her and her book (The Eye of the Storm)! I love you, Miwa!!
