"You fucker," said Ken as he looked at Kaido's actions. Kaido had just picked up his severed hand and placed it on the spot it used to be, and it started sizzling till his hand was reattached back to his arm. Kaido started moving his finger and balled his hand up in a fist.
"Since you're about to die anyway, I'll tell you the secret of my regeneration," said Kaido as he looked mockingly at Ken. But Ken didn't say anything as he wanted to know the source of this incredible regeneration. "One year ago, I awakened my Devil Fruit."
'What! Is he saying that the Kaido I saw in the series didn't even have an awakened fruit! But I've never heard anything about an awakened Mystical Zoan fruit, so I guess it's possible,' thought Ken.
"It is indeed a surprise, but that regeneration doesn't make you immortal. I'll just need to cut off your ugly head."
"Worororo!" Kaido suddenly started laughing.
"What is so funny?"
"I'm just too excited. It has almost been 40 years since the last person who could make me feel this way died. I can't wait to fight a battle as legendary as his last!"
"I guess it should be an honor to be compared to Rocks D. Xebec."
"How do you know about him?"
"It's only normal that I know? I make sure that I know more about my enemies than they do about themselves. So- "
"KAIDO!"
Kaido and Ken turned their head towards the source of the sound. They could see Monosuke and most of the Nine Scabbards running towards them. But they weren't alone. Most of the Strawhat Pirates, Sabo, Ace, and Marco, were also running towards them. But before they could come any closer, a sword slash cut a deep line in front of them, stopping everyone in their tracks.
"This fucker is mine; don't you dare interrupt our fight."
"Worororo, I was almost worried that I had to get rid of more trash."
Kaido and Ken seemed to be on the same line, but Momonosuke and the Scabbards weren't planning on staying out of it.
"I'm extremely grateful for what you have done, Ken-Dono, but please let us take revenge for Oden-sama!" screamed Kin'emon.
"You had your chance, and this monster isn't something someone on your level can take-"
"I'm going to kill you, Kaido!" screamed Momonosuke as he unsheathed his sword and ran towards Kaido. Kin'emon tried to stop him, but before he could move, an azure slash hit Momonosuke and sent him flying. However, Kawamatsu jumped up and caught him. Luckily Momonosuke didn't seem hurt, and the slash only sent him flying.
Ken quickly jumped to the right, dodging a fist from Kaido.
"I don't care about those weaklings anymore. If they come here, I'll just kill them, so let's continue our fight already!" screamed Kaido.
"Ace, Sabo, Marco, Sanji, hold those idiots back before they do something stupid. And don't think about doing something stupid yourselves. And yes, Marco, you're going to listen to my orders."
Ace, Sabo, and Sanji nodded. Marco looked like he was about to jump into battle, but he decided that it wasn't worth it after thinking it over. So he helped the other three to block everyone from the battlefield.
"BOOOOM!"
Kaido's fist and Ken's sword collide, creating a powerful shockwave that forced most of the spectators to hold on for dear life by stabbing their weapons into the ground. Ken backed off and suddenly disappeared. He appeared at Kaido's left side and swung at his waist, but Kaido blocked it with his arm.
Kaido punched out with his other fist, but Ken blocked it with Shusui. They both jumped back to create momentum for their attack and ran towards each other again. Their clashes made the ground tremble, and the sky split open. Everyone was looking at their clash with bewilderment. Even Sabo and Ace were shocked by this display of power.
Ken weaved under a punch from Kaido and closed in towards his chest. Ken swung his sword many times at Kaido's chest so fast that it left afterimages. After his sword stopped moving, hundreds of cuts appeared on Kaido's chest, which made his blood splatter onto Ken, who didn't seem to care. Ken moved behind Kaido and tried to stab him in the back, but Kaido covered his back with Haki and managed to block the attack.
Ken quickly slashed at the back of his knees, managing to cut through and making Kaido fall down on his knees. Ken appeared above him and kicked Kaido on the back of his head, smashing his face into the ground while he was still on his knees with his ass currently in the air. Ken sheathed Shusui back in its sheath and suddenly appeared in front of Kin'emon and stole one of his swords.
Ken appeared behind Kaido. Before Kaido could move from his place, he unsheathed the sword and held it with both hands, and raised it into the air.
"I'm sorry, sword, but I couldn't do this to Shusui. Blame your owner for not holding onto you tightly enough."
Ken closed his eyes and moved the sword down towards Kaido ass.
"Puchi."
Silence. It turned deadly quiet; even nature didn't dare to make noise. Kin'emon had already blocked Momonosuke's eyes from the unholy and inhuman act that has just been performed. Kaido turned his head around and looked at the hilt of the sword that was protruding out of his butthole. However, he didn't make a sound because he didn't believe that this was real. He thought that he must be dreaming or hallucinating.
Ken suddenly reached out and took out the sword covered with blood, and something else that is better left not mentioned. Kaido was about to scream out in pain, however before he could scream, his soul jumped out of his body as he looked at Ken's following actions.
"Don't blame me for this. Blame that guy for handing me this sword."
Ken coated the sword with Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki. Ken threw the sword this time, with a speed that surpassed most people's running speed in this world. The sword hit its target and disappeared into a bottomless abyss, never to be seen again.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Kaido's screams shook the entire island. Everyone watching looked at Kaido with a look of pity and glared at Ken, even though all of them hated Kaido more than anything. But Ken ignored them and looked at Kin'emon, who had a devastated look on his face.
"Hand me the other one. I'm still not done here."
Everyone looked at him in shock. Kin'emon wanted to run away, and even Kaido seemed to have such thoughts running through their mind. Everyone gathered here, even Sabo and Ace could agree that Ken is something beyond a monster or even a children's worse nightmare. Even the Devil wouldn't allow him in hell.
"If you don't hand me your sword, I'll just use you as my weapon."
