Where are they?

Bobby's house was located in a secluded area on the outskirts of the city. The wide space in between tells us the nearest neighbor was about two blocks away. The surroundings were tranquil except for the rustling of leaves from the trees that dotted the side of the road. The sky was gray, and the occasional gusty wind drove some of the blackbirds out of their nests, then reassembled on the long stretch of electric poles and nearby cell site. Bobby's house had not much of an entryway. It stood just a few steps from the side of the road, and space served as the main parking garage where Bobby's old Toyota Vios was neatly parked.

Lyca was about to knock when she noticed the door was ajar. Lyca thought it was unusual. Someone must have left it open. She looked at Jorge, and he made a facial signal to open it. Jorge looked to his side and signaled to Miles. Miles took his gun out and made his way at the side of the house towards the back.
