Pipa's Release

Drew Mackondray wrote Pipa's release paper. Then he gave it to the clerk waiting for him.

"Let this order be known to the guard. I want Pipa released as soon as possible."

The clerk nodded and then turned back.

"I will inform the jail guards that she will be released soon."

"On the contrary, I will personally do it. Just give the order so it will be known."

"Okay, sir." The clerk went out of the room.

Drew stood up and looked at the window outside. The town had it's up and down and again it is back to its usual self. He had this weird thought that perhaps the people have already forgotten the incident at the chamber hall, just like the news of Henry De la Vega appearing and then disappearing all of a sudden. But today, as the newspaper boy sold the local paper to everyone who passed by and caught their attention, it branched out to another level. He needed to do something.
