CHAPTER THIRTY-SEVEN

Alec got up early the next morning to do his investigation. He reminded the helpers, who take care of the villa, to have breakfast ready at the same time for the three others that were still sleeping.

He briskly walked towards the garage. Upon entering, he clicked the remote for the garage door and took his car keys from the key rack beside the door. He got into the car, which came to life with a soft purr. Putting his shades on, he pressed the gas.

If what Jet had said the night before was true, that the people from the orphanage had not changed his name, it would be easy to know his family history. He popped a candy into his mouth as he glanced at the GPS screen. The island's town hall must have records of every family that ever lived there.

That was if the Carlisle did live there.
