Chapter 7

Hoseok turned around, Namjoon was tapping his foot. "I am sorry, I got lost in thought."

"We can not afford to slack off Hobi."

"I know Namjoon, I am ready so let's do this."

Hoseok nodded to the others, they sat down in a circle, Suga took out the radio and plugged it in.

Hoseok listened, slightly tapping his fingers to the best, he saw the dance routine in his mind. He smiled, this will be the best one ever.

Aya was playing with the puppies when her phone vibrated.

"That is great news, I will give you heads up when I can make it. What are you doing tomorrow?"

She scratched Chubby behind the ear. "I have laundry day tomorrow, but will be free in the afternoon."

She stood up, the puppies let out annoying as. "You guys are a bit spoiled, come on we have to feed the other animals too."

They scampered after her. Carl entered the backyard. "Aya! You are going to be late!" Aya poled her head out of the small barn. "I haven't realised the time, thank you, Carl."

"You never seem too. I will put your puppies back"

Aya was almost out the door. "Thanks, Carl! You are the best." She blew him a kiss, she made the bus just in time.

She ran for the restaurant, she opened the door. "You are late, Aya."

"I am sorry, Iris only sprang this on me yest..."

"That is no excuse, get changed."

"Yes, Mam."

She went to the back, opened her locker and changed into her waitress clothes. She wasn't smiling, the owners always treated her less than Iris.

Aya plastered the best smile on her face. She opened her phone, no new messages, she placed it in her locker.

Alright, she could do this, only nine hours, she can survive the manager. She excited the backroom. The place was packed.

"Don't just stand there! Get moving girl!"

Aya started running around, getting orders. An hour before closing time a group of men entered, they seemed drunk. Aya wasn't in the mood for trouble. She showed them to a table, took out her pen. They eyed her hungrily. They ordered burgers and soda.

She came out of the kitchen balancing their order on the tray, one of them stuck out their foot, she tripped spilling their food on them. She looked up from the ground, they didn't look happy. "What are you going to do about this?"

"If you hadn't tripped me, I wouldn't have spilt your food on you." She picked herself up, folding her arms across her chest.

"You have no proof that either one of us tripped you girlie, where is your manager?!"

They were getting louder, the restaurant grew quite, all eyes on her and them. The manager came forward. "Is there something wrong gentlemen?"

"Your waitress was super clumsy and spilt our food all over us."

"One of them trip..." The manager turned towards her. "You stay quiet!"

Aya felt her anger boiling over. "I am not going to stay quiet, one of them tripped me and I am not going to stand here and let you belittle me!" She took of her apron. "I quit!"
