When the world falls into chaos, who can they depend upon?

The person who answers their call for help is none other than Isabelle, a girl who is trying to save the world for the sake of her loved ones. Ethan, her partner-in-crime, or in this case, justice; follows her as they complete missions. 

All of this was in the name of saving humanity. But what if...

The more missions they complete, the world changes alongside them. Explosions everywhere. Throw in some magic, dragons, and supernatural creatures. How about a maniacal villain to keep things interesting? 

What could possibly go wrong, am I right?

How do you explain the unimaginable, especially when the damned magic turns your hair from red to blonde?!

Isabelle, the strongest Mage

She looked at her blonde companion and he nodded. Finally, she took in a deep breath and opened her mouth.

"...Do you know who is causing the apocalypse?"

All the colour drained from Alasdair's face.

Alasdair stumbled back. His mouth hung open and his nostrils flaring up as a look of utter shock passed on his face. "Wh-what do you m-mean?" he stuttered out. Ry rushed to grab him by shoulders but he too looked as if he was going to cry any moment now.

Isobel and Jayden were confused at their reactions, this was not the reaction a person hiding something would have. There was definitely more to the story and she was determined to find it. He knew something but at the same time, the man looked terrified of knowing it. It made no sense to her.
