S4 Episode 11- We'll meet again, one day:

Huening Kai's pov:

Without Yeonjun being by my side, it felt like I lost something that couldn't be replaced. It was like a deep hole formed in my heart.

"Yeonjun, please come back," I started to tear up from the presence of him disappearing. "Please...".

I felt a lump get stuck in my throat, no... This couldn't be happening! He wouldn't ever leave me!...

Would he?

"YEONJUN!!!" I stomped against the floor in anger and disappointment of him leaving me and in fear of him never being here with me ever again.

"NO... NO!! COME BACK! COME BACK...".

But I knew he was gone. However, that wasn't what my heart wanted me to think.

Tears rolled off my cheek, he couldn't just leave me. I couldn't even tell him goodbye or give him at least a thank you for everything he ever did for me. This wasn't how our friendship was meant to end!

I curled up into a ball in the middle of the mystical oddly comforting world I got sucked into, the one where I was less than a meter close to Yeonjun unlike reality where everyone thought of everyone else differently.

Hours went by and what seemed like ever-lasting streams finally came to an end. There was no point in crying. What's happened had happened, there was no way he was coming back; so I needed to make sure I never lost him here.

The soft breeze flew past me shifting my attention to a moving figure that flew past me. My hair lifted off my skin as I jumped up unexpectedly.

"Whose... there..." I softly muttered. But there was only silence. Then it hit me.

"YEONJUN?" I spoke confused, "Is that you? Are you back to stay with me forever? Like you promised you would four years ago...".

I felt another swift breeze pass me allowing me to move back and topple down. I groaned as my back hit the ground.

Opening my tight eyes, I could see a hand. Only this wasn't a normal hand. It was ghostly, there was no way that that was human.

I shuffled back slowly peeking my head up to see who... or what it was.

A smile was painted brightly on my face, "I knew you wouldn't leave me like that".

I got a hold of the invisible yet strong grip which helped me up, "please say something... For me?" But silence.

"It's okay, as long as you're here," He shook his head.

"What do you mean no?! Y-you have to stay! You can't leave me! Not again!!".

He slowly started to drift away onto the other only making me more determined to make him stay.

I started running, my blood heating me but my breath giving up on me, but my heart? No. That would never give up. I continued to go after him until I came face to face with a mall that looked identically similar to the one where I and Yeonjun bumped into each other for the first time.

"Why are we here?" I questioned as I touched the posters letting nostalgia hitting me from every side. "You know I'm staying here, I won't leave! You can drag me and run all you'd like, I'm always going to find a way back to you. That's a promise that I won't ever break," He only stared at me making me lose hope.

"This is where we first met," I tried to switch the topic, I laughed as tears filled my eyes, "You saw me crying and told me everything would be okay, remember?".

My eyes met his, "Is this your sign to me? To tell me that everything will be okay?". He nodded as a tear rolled down my cheek. "You'll still always be here right? Always looking over me," His smile said it all, it hit hard but I knew I had to let go. It just hurt so much... But I know I'll never forget Yeonjun, my hero... My saviour.

"Bye, Yeonjun," I smiled as my voice cracked, "We'll meet again, one day...

...One day.".

A/N:

Hi guys! I know I don't do author notes much but I thought I'd let the following person whose reading this know that my episodes will be longer since they're very short. Other than that, enjoy the next episode!!
