The older man who wanted to stop the scolding shook his head, "Child, don't you know that these gambling houses are all scams."
Zane turned to look at Jasper to express with his eyes that indeed, all these houses were all scamming but Jasper was looking fixedly at the treasure box in the young teen's hands.
Just when he saw that Jasper wanted to open his mouth, Zane gave him a look for him to shut up and step forward.
"Sometimes my generation makes me want to smack my head on the wall. Sir, calm down." Zane had a light frown on his face as he reached the man, "And the gambling room is like superglue, it is hard to return what you have taken from them. You should really scold him some more."
The man who was pissed off to the extreme was confused for a second, he wanted to scold his son some more but hearing someone tell him to do made him mildly disoriented.
