Hauria and I stood in front of a gate with a plaque about it that read 'Prince Wei Residence'. I sighed and shook my head. I still could not believe I was living the life of my very own grandfather yet it was already slapping me in the face.

Shen Yu showed up in the gates and immediately ushered us inside. He had already checked out the residence and its surroundings areas. As expected of an imperial guard.

"There are eight courtyards and ten halls inside the estate. There are a total of four exits, two which lead directly to the streets of Chang'an. I also took the liberty to assign rooms for us. The commander, I mean, Prince Wei, will stay in Mingxue Hall. Lady Ri Ya will be at Xian Hall and Sir Zhang, you will stay at Yue Hall."

"Also, Lady Ri Ya, about your residence, it's just near here. What do you plan to do with it?"
