"Liu Qing once told the emperor that he does not wish to be his heir. And because of that, the emperor liked him even more to the point that Liu Qing became his favorite which you probably already know what the consequence is."

I nodded my head. "Envy and a lot of crap."

"That's summing it up. Because of that, the incident from five years ago happened."

"What really happened five years ago?" I asked. "I mean I know I sound like a broken record and I apologize for that but from what I knew Liu Qing getting sent in the southern borders to serve the army was never written in history."

"It's because it was never supposed to happen." she answered, sounding a little annoyed. "Five years ago, the Sect finally decided to meddle with us."
