My eyes widened in shock and stared at Skye who looked at me with a stoic face.

"Tha- you gave your precious death scythe to a purple alien who wants to wipe out half of the universe?" I exclaimed and gasped in shock.

I watched Skye shake her head in disbelief. "It's Thanatos, not Thanos little sister, get your names straight."

"Oh, Thanatos. I thought it was Thanos." I snorted. "Who's Thanatos anyway?"

"Isn't that Hades?" I questioned. Truthfully, my knowledge in mythologies was a bit nonexistent.

"No, Hades is the Lord of the Underworld and the god of the dead. Thanatos is the god in-charge of death itself. He's the one who reaps the souls of the departed and guides them to the bank in the River Styx where Charon would pick them up to cross the river."
