Xander slammed both of his palms to the pavement and ice suddenly travelled across the city. Seconds later, a huge wall made of thick ice emerged. I think, the fact that it was winter helped Xander's powers by a lot. The wall managed to hold our enemies for a moment. During that short window, we urged everyone to immediately evacuate the area. Luckily, Liu Fen arrived and he immediately set up a formation which helped non-combatants get transported out of Seoul. Artemis also helped with the transportation which sped up the evacuation.

Of course, as I said, it was only a small window and Xander's ice wall wouldn't be able to hold back our enemies from the other side of it.
