It was early morning in Arrendale and it had been a full seven months since the thaw.
Arrendale had changed a lot since then, the dragons had officially become a part of the Kingdom.
Not too far from the castle, a huge ice sanctuary that the bewilderbeast had built, was slowly taking shape.
Hiccup had gotten the whispering deaths to construct tunnels leading from it the main town over the month, the mining possibilities have increased a lot with their help.
A small ice statue of Hiccup wearing his daily clothing's appeared on top of a cake.
The cake was about seven tiers high each layer representing one of the dragon classes.
" So lonely," Elsa told herself, she was dressed in her regular blue ice dress, but with a few upgrades.
A gold necklace ran across her chest with two snowflake pendants holding the chain together, from her shoulders a white bearskin cloak fell halfway down her back.
She had a golden crown, that sat in her hair which was braided normally with a few extra plats and ornaments strung into it.
The figure disappeared and another formed, this time of Elsa and Hiccup in their formal attire from the coronation.
" Stiff." Elsa bluntly stated and twirled her hand again.
Another appeared of Hiccup frozen solid and Elsa hung over his shoulder, Elsa gasped.
" Ah, I can't do that." She declared making it disperse and one of them kissing with Toothless and Liry standing behind them formed.
" Come on Elsa, this is for Hiccup, you can do this." She confidently told herself.
" Relax, it looks fine Elsa," Anna shouted from the other side of the courtyard.
She was standing on Stormfly's head hanging up a banner.
Kristoph was on the ground painting a panel from the banner with a mop.
Sven and Hookfang and paint buckets hanging of their horns, the huffed in agreement with him.
Liry came up to her rider and sat behind her crooning, she loved the figure atop the cake and nudged her rider.
" I think it looks beautiful Elsa, it shows your love for one another," Liry stated to her rider.
" Ah, I just want it to be perfect," Elsa explained making sure the cake was in order.
" Speaking of Perfect, check this out." Anna and Kristoph exclaimed while pointing to the banner.
It read in bold green and black letters, Happy Birthday Hiccup, Anna and Kristoph waved their hands excitedly.
Elsa smiled weakly, the banner looked like a five-year-old did it and she didn't want to offend her sister's feelings.
" Anna, Kristoph are you sure I can leave you and the dragons in charge here?" Elsa asked the two of them brushing dust off their shoulders.
" Absolutely, Elsa we've got this," Anna said strongly.
" I don't want anything to happen to this courtyard," Elsa told them while rearranging a pot of flowers and glowing crystals, she rubbed her nose and sniffed.
" What could happen, it's all set up and the dragons did most of the heavy lifting," Kristoph told her.
Elsa looked up from what she was doing and saw Olaf, Flicker and Flame eating the bottom their of the cake.
" Ah, Olaf, Flicker, Flame." The snowman and Fireworms paused.
" What are you doing?" Elsa asked them gasping.
" We aren't eating cake." Olaf bluntly told her trying to not look suspicious.
" Olaf," Anna said while walking over to him and Elsa.
" But it's an ice cream cake." the snowman stated.
" And it's for Hiccup," Elsa told him and the snowman sighed.
" And it's for Hiccup." Olaf and the Fireworms spat out their cake and smudged it back into place.
The bells rang signalling it was ten in the morning and Elsa gasped happily.
" Oh, it's time." Elsa excitedly exclaimed brushing herself off and walking towards the door to the Castel.
" it's time for what," Olaf questioned and the dragons groaned, he was very forgetful.
" Ok, ah heh, you two sure you've got this?" Elsa pointed at Ann and Kristoph while her and Liry made their way to the door.
" Were sure," Anna said laughing at her sister's uneasiness.
" Don't let anybody or dragon in till we're ready." She told them freezing the fountains as she neared the steps.
" We won't," Kristoph said back to her smirking.
" And don't touch anything," Elsa commanded one last time.
" We're just gonna stand here." Anna and Kristoph confirmed to Elsa patting their dragons.
" I'm probably gonna walk around a little," Olaf stated as him and the Fireworms moved around the room.
" And keep an eye on that cake," Elsa shouted as she opened the door and she and Liry walked inside.
" She thinks you two are idiots," Kristoph said in a deep voice imitating Sven's thoughts.
" Well she's wrong, I'm gonna make sure no one enters on my watch." Anna made a pose and flange her arms out hitting the cake making the ice figures on the top move.
She quickly placed them back where they went and checked to see if the cake was damaged.
" I can't read or spell," Olaf told the group, the dragons looked at him weirdly and sighed.

Elsa made her way through the Castel to Hiccup's room.
Earlier in the month his mother and father asked where Hiccup wanted to sleep and he chose the Castel.
Simply because he didn't want Elsa to feel abandoned by him, Elsa smiled at how sweet her boyfriend was.
She found his door and snuck inside, the room was pitch black and Elsa could hear Hiccup's faint snores.
The room was huge, with a desk, bookshelf and a fireplace on one side of the room.
A set of double doors and a balcony out of the window overlooking the gardens below.
Elsa had organised a rock slab to be brought in for Toothless to sleep on knowing he wouldn't do well with a bed.
Elsa tiptoed over to the bed, Hiccup was sleeping half-naked, she looked at his body.
he had well-toned muscles and his Auburn hair was sprawled out on the pillow.
Elsa shook his shoulder slightly, trying to wake him up.
" Psst, Hiccup," Elsa whispered to him.
" Ah, yeah?" He asked her in a groggy tone.
" Happy Birthday," Elsa said to him smiling, Hiccup turned over to face her.
" To you." He sang to her keeping his eyes closed.
" It's your birthday. " Elsa told him while shaking his shoulder.
" To me, it's my birthday." he sang slightly opening his eyes.
" Haha, come on!" Elsa pulled back the blankets and Hiccup shuddered at the cold.
" Ah, it's my birthday?" Hiccup got up and looked at Elsa smiling.
" Hmm, and it's going to be perfect because." Elsa held his hands and helped him get out of bed.
Hiccup put his prosthetic on and walked over to her.
" You've never had a real birthday before, except the one spent under the oceans floor." Elsa sang while handing him a coat hanger with wrapping paper over what was inside.
He grabbed it and ran to his dressing room, quickly getting changed.
Liry walked over to Toothless and nudged him awake, the night fury opened his eyes and smiled at his mate.
" So I'm here way too late, to help you celebrate and be your birthday date, if I may, ahchoo." Elsa sneezed, behind her two snowgies appeared out of thin air.
The plopped down onto the floor, looking at each other they smiled and ran off.
" Elsa I'm thinking you might have a cold?" Hiccup sang, he was fully dressed in a white tunic shirt with silver and gold embroidery-stitched to look like Toothless.
He had a black fur cape draped down his shoulders and two Night Fury pendants fixed to the shoulders.
" I don't get colds, besides the cold never bothered me anyway." Elsa sang and made her outfit change to a white gown with silver and gold dragons laced across the train.
She waved her hands and added a few snowflakes to the design.
" Oh, going fancy are we?" Hiccup asked her.
" Just follow the string." Elsa held a piece of black cord up in her hands passing it to Hiccup.
