Chapter-14: Suspicious Call

"Where the hell was Edward??" Caleb said after trying to call him for 1000 times
Today our official holidays start. Even the weather is on our side which was perfect for riding bikes and having a little picnic for ourselves.
We are sitting in the living area around the round table and eating our food that just arrived. If you are wondering why we are eating in the living area instead of the dining area that because our kitchen was burnt because of our great chefs.if you don't remember that then you should pay more attention to our lives
"Oh god, he is driving me nuts" Caleb said while pressing the call button aggressively.
"Wait, let me try calling him" I said and tried calling him with my mobile phone
" he answered "I said in shock
"What? Give that to me."Caleb said and took my cell phone to answer him
"He is finished "I told my brothers
And we all laughed
" where the hell are you ?" Caleb shouted at him
"A park! What the hell are you doing in a park at 11 am" Caleb asked him
"Tell him about our plan" Xavier told him
We all nodded asking him to come to the point
" We all decided to go to Han river" caleb said over the phone
" what?
No!!!!!!!
Then howww????" Caleb said
"Justin, here eat first" Aaron said while passing the food that we ordered.
"Ok be there when you are done" Caleb added
"Ed said there was a renovation work going on at the Han river for 4 hours" Caleb said
"Whattttttt???" I and Xavier said at the same time.
"When is it?? Eros asked
" It was from 3 to 7 pm" Caleb said
" then what's the problem? We can go riding bikes now, then at 3 pm we can go for....."Xavier said while thinking
"How about bowling.it's been so long right??" I said
We enjoy bowling .It's a place where we compete like no tomorrow. It was only placed that we were so serious.
Because of the bets.
I don't know how but we love bets. we bet for anything.
"Oh yaaaaaa let's do it. This time we are going to win, you people are finished "Aaron said while giving a dead sign to me
It was always young vs older. Since I am very good at bowling, I and Caleb are one team and Aaron, Xavier and Eros are one team. Even though there are three people there, they never win.
"Future is talking to me, wait .....what???you smell victory from our side?" I said pretending that future was communicating with me
"You guys know we always lose because we let it go to make you youngers happy "Eros said
"What an excuse!!!!!"Caleb said
"Why don't you people agree that you are bad at it. Does it hurt your pride that much ?" I asked
"I even learned uppercut recently.we will show you who we are this time" eros said
"Wait, what did you learn?" I asked him.
"He said Uppercut.is it?" Caleb said
And we all looked at Eros for confirmation and he nodded as yess
"God !!!!!.uppercut is in boxing bro. You are embarrassing me" Xavier said while trying to open the coke bottle.
"Why do you pretend like you know everything? When you don't even know how many hrs in a day?" Caleb said which made all of us laugh
Meanwhile, Xavier was still trying to open the coke bottle.
"I learned uppercut to beat your asses" he said while rising from his seat and leaning forward to hold Caleb's shirt.
At the same moment, the coke that Xavier trying to open exploded on eros face
Which made all of us laugh our assess off
"Xavier!!!!!!!" Eros shouted
"It's not my fault. you shouldn't have put your head in the way" Xavier said
"I just took a shower" Eros groaned
Which made all of us laugh more.
In our family, one's suffering is happiness for others
"Come on Xavier, why can't you be more human" Aaron said
"It's not my fault .what would I do if things keep on breaking even if I touch them" Xavier said in a low tone
In our family, everyone had some defects.
As the situation came over I will introduce you to the defects of my brothers
Aaron-
1.he has OCD for everything.sometimes it was a pain in the ass because it applies only for us but not for him.
That means he doesn't take shower after long hours of practice at the studio but we all should.
Sometimes he behaves like mom.
You people might know about it if mom makes a mistake then it was no problem but if we make the same mistake then we are done.
2. He feels he is the most handsome and best husband material in the world.
Eros-
1.he is very bad at math.and he claims himself as a genius while he was quite opposite to it.
2. He always portrays himself as a savage person while the whole himself was sweet.
3. He was too addicted to chocolate cake. I have no idea why but whenever he feels sad he orders an entire cake and eats it alone. Sometimes it scares me much
Xavier-
1. you might already know about him by now he breaks and destroys everything sometimes even without realizing. He is very clumsy
2. He is quite opposite to the word clean. His room was a total mess. It makes me feel like an animal house.
3. He cannot cannot cannot cook
Caleb-
1.he forgets everything. like turning off the stove, locking the house (even closing the door), turning off a greaser.
2. He thinks we are popular in every corner of the world.he thinks we are as famous as Micahel Jackson
3. He hooks up with any girl but has never been in a serious relationship. Most of them are one night stands. Brothers tried to change him like infinity times but still, he never changes.
At the same time, Caleb got a call
"It's an unknown number" Caleb said
"Block it "Aaron said
We never lift unknown numbers. Many people find our numbers and disturb us every day.
Sometimes they don't let us sleep.so all we do is block them but they still keep on calling with different numbers.
While Eros went inside to re-shower
"No.i am answering it.what if it was a girl??" Caleb said
"What if it was one of the girls you slept with?"Xavier said while cleaning the mess he created
"That can never happen" Caleb said
"How can you be so confident?" I asked him
"Because I change my number immediately" he told us.
It's crazy because in my phonebook I might have changed his number more than 2000 times.
We don't know what sim he will be using. Sometimes it was very hard to reach him.
"OMG, these girls can never rest" Caleb said with pride.
" What if one of them called you to inform you that she is pregnant?" I said
"Can it be??. Then I will be in trouble " Caleb said
"No .you will be in trouble if you don't remember the girl face and name" I said
"Shit. I don't remember anyone that I slept with" Caleb said
And eventually call ended
"How you can be so stupid.it's minimum courtesy to know the name of the girl you sleep with" Xavier said
We all agreed.
"I agree. Wait" he said and started counting using his fingers and he kept on counting and counting from 10 to 20 to 30 to 40 to 50
"Stop. Sometimes it's embarrassing to say that you are my brother" I told him
He was never like this before .it all started after that incident happened.
"It's true. Stop those things already. I am getting sick of it. Even for ed, it was very hard to handle the mess that you create."Aaron said
"You are worried about that I am worried about what if he gets AIDS" Xavier said
"Wow, it would be great. In the news channel, it would be like Caleb was dead due to AIDS .what a way to die!!" Xavier said while imagining it.
" That is the reason why we have a thing called condoms, you know that?" Caleb said
"Condoms are only 97% effective" I told him
"What? that means remaining 3% there don't even work?" Caleb said
we all nodded
"There should put that on the box" Caleb added
"Even if they put that on the box.Do you think you have the time to read what was written on the box" I asked him.
"Wait, if there are only 97% effective that means there can get pregnant tooo" Aaron said with amusement.
"What????. It was very bad than AIDS" Caleb shouted.
"So from now on think before you do something," Xavier said.
We were still talking and at the same moment the phone started ringing after 30 min.
"It was the same number" Caleb said
"Lift it, "we all said at the same time.
"God, I don't want to be a father yet" Caleb said which made three of us laugh.
But still, he is so stupid. It would be a problem if he made someone pregnant and at the same moment
Eros came out from the shower
"You are just in time. we are going to find out whether Caleb is gonna be a father or not" Xavier said with excitement.
"Whatttttt????" Eros with his eyes wild open
"You made some girl pregnant. you irresponsible idiot" Eros said and slapped Caleb across his face.
"Oh my godddd brother.No I didn't make anyone pregnant" Caleb said while his palm was calming the redness caused by eros.
Eros looked at Aaron and he nodded.
Caleb answered the call.
"Relax and sit down. it's a long story" Aaron said to eros
"It's a girl" Caleb said.
"Wow, it's a girl. Congratulations we gonna get a niece "I Said
which made Eros slap Caleb once again.
"No No its girl on the phone" Caleb clarified while his one hand was on the red cheek.
"Speaker.put it on speaker. we might have known her" Xavier said.
We all agreed to it
"Hello.Anyone there.Hello" other side of the phone.
"H...elllo" Caleb said in a shaky voice
"Am I speaking to Caleb?" The lady asked him over the phone
"Yes. I am " he replied
"My god.i have been trying to reach you from the last couple of days" she replied
We can see the tension on his face. Even we were just stopped for a second
" May I know who this is?" He replied in a very low tone.
It's very clear that he was scared to death at this point
