"Your wounds should be healed in a few days, that is if you don't get hurt again," Acelen said almost automatically.
"What do you mean?" Bonnie asked in confusion.
"Don't you... well, I suppose not, but the saliva of a vampire could cure a MILD injury. In this case yours.
"Ah~ okay," Bonnie said, hiding her slight blush from the awkward moment a few minutes earlier. Her head was turned to the side while she tried her best.
"Th-Thanks... I guess." Bonnie said, her words stumbling out of her mouth. She avoided eye contact.
Acelen, of course, could sense the pick up in her heartbeat. It was ringing in his ears like a loud alert. An alert that she was alive. And boy, wasn't it a thrill to him.
"Aroused so soon?" Acelen said, painting a smirk on his face.
Bonnie shot her eyes up and widened them, her lips were slightly parted with disbelief.
"No....No! I am not!" She quickly replied.
He stared at her, into her eyes.
"It must be horrid to be human. Not able to faze or hide your emotions, they must always rat you out." He said, the words slithering off his tongue.
Acelen had one hand on his face by his chin, while his other hand was in his pocket, slightly bent.
Bonnie was basically chewing on her lip out of nervousness and had her arms folded.
"S-So...So are you really going to keep me here? Forever!?" Bonnie said with determination... somewhat.
"Mm. I should take you to your room," Acelen said with a calm demeanor. Bonnie's mouth hung slightly open. 'How could he remain so calm after saying something like that!?' She thought. 'He's gotta be a magician. That's it.'
"Bonnie."
"Bonnie."
She was so deep in thought that she was ignoring him. She couldn't even spare a moment.
He had noticed her defiance as well. Was she seriously ignoring him? Acelen didn't like this. Even if it was for a split moment.
He wanted her eyes on him.
"Bonnie~," He said with exaggeration.
Bonnie snapped out of it, but her face was as red as a cherry. 'Did he seriously just-'
"Let's go before I have to tie you up and drag you down the hall," he said with no remorse.
"Y-Yes! Okay." She said bowing her head so he'd began his walk. She was already embarrassed enough as is.
He lead her to her "room" down a long dark hall. No pictures, no doors, no life. 'I guess it's expected since I'm the only... human?' Bonnie thought.
After a bit, they reached her room. Acelen opened the door and lead her in. She was iffy about her steps but in the end, what choice did she have?
He gestured for her to sit down on the bed as he grabbed a few things off the dresser. Bonnie sat and patiently swung her feet as she looked around. The room had something eerie about it, it was a bit refreshing too-! But, something about it, was making her uncomfortable.
Acelen stood in front of her between her legs as he tapped something behind his back.
He looked her in the eye and spoke with such dominance and confidence in his speech.
"We wouldn't want you to escape now would we?"
Bonnie looked at him with confusion and a coercing sarcastic look. Of course, she would try to escape?! Who was she to him? Some type of maiden?
"We wouldn't." He finished the sentence for her.
He raised his hands and snapped something across her neck with a swift movement. It wasn't uncomfortable, but Bonnie was she something was there. She just couldn't see it at this angle.
Two rods opposite of each other poked slightly into her neck. She was struck with confusion, to be honest, she was completely lost.
"What is this?? Take it off!" She slightly yelled.
"Now, now. Calm down. It's just a collar." He said with a smirk.
"Why would I need a collar?! I am anything BUT a dog!" Bonnie yelled back.
He just smiled and said, "I'm only claiming what's mine, that lets the others in this mansion know, what's mine is mine."
"Get this off of me!? It's uncomfortable and something is poking me in my neck!" She yelled again.
"What is that for?" She questioned, slightly and clearly upset.
A sadistic look colored his face as she asked what he'd wish for her too.
"What is it for?" He said smiling widely.
"Well, this." He said as he took a remote out of his pocket. Bonnie started at the remote as he held it in front of her face as if he was taunting her.
The remote has a handle that could almost spin a full 360°. It had levels that were categorized as numbers. 1-10.
"Choose a number, Bonnie." He said, all smiles.
"Um.. 6?" She said.
"Six...Okay. Your choice."
He spun the remote to six and then clicked a green button to confirm.
Immediately, Bonnie felt the worst pain she could ever imagine. It was like someone took a belt to her neck as hard as they could relentlessly. Bonnie let out and agonizing pain as she tossed, flipped, and cringed at the pain.
"PLEASE! PLEASE STOP!" Bonnie yelled uncontrollably and loudly. She was gasping for air.
"Do you get it now?" He spoke over her screams. Never once did he waver.
"You belong to..?" He started.
"I.. YOU! YOU! PLEASE NOW, PLEASE STOP!" She continued to scream as the sadist smiled at her obedience. He turned the collar off as Bonnie collapsed on her bed, trying to steady her breathes. 'Amazing,' he thought.
Bonnie sniffled from the pain and tried to rub her neck, but she was abruptly stopped by Acelen's hold.
"Don't touch the collar, or it'll zap you," he said.
Her neck hurt so badly, she was pleading in her mind that someone would come to save her. But who?
She has nobody.
Acelen let go of her arm and stared at her.
"Please, let me go home, I have... a family. A family whose waiting on me." She lied.
Acelen looked at her with amusement before his smile slide off his face.
"In the afterlife?" He asked.
"What..." Bonnie suddenly replied.
"You don't have parents, orphan," Acelen said.
"Who do you take me for?"
