"But Adriel was there –" I told Dex as he was still holding onto his abdomen, Adriel had put a spell on him to numb the pain a bit, but only to the point he can still walk without being in pain.

"But what if Adriel wasn't there and –"

Adriel couldn't help to groan at the two of them, he was amazed how her small mouth could have a power horse as a mouth, and he couldn't help to tsked at Dex despite his pain he was still able to argue with her, Adriel wonders if he quietly withdraws his healing for Dex would he shut up?

"Adriel, don't you dare withdraw your healing –"

"Alright… knock it off you two, we need to get you both out of here, and someone needs to tell me where I can find the other two," Looking at Adriel's calm expression he doesn't look like he was going to be happy knowing his favourite fluff ball had been turned by an unknown into a demon.

Dex who knows what inside her mind could only hope for the best as he tries to help her explain what had happened, "Riel, before you go anymore ballistic and the horns in your head started to spurt out."

Before coming here, Adriel had a little issue with someone causing him to turn half-demon, almost scaring Amethyst but the sudden pout he had given her made her wonder if she should let the horns and blazing red eyes a chance.

"Adriel, Ramses is also fighting an unknown and Jacob with Holly and –"

"Did you saw Holly?"

"Adriel that's not the point and –" suddenly Dex who was explaining suddenly started to tremble in his feet and started to collapse, my eyes widen, and I ran at is side as he was clutching his abdomen in pain, he was looking down, and I had his face in my palm trying to look at him and my breath hitch.

His eyes were pure white, and his face started to pale, Adriel who also saw it curse under his breath. Amethyst who saw panicking as she tries to wake Dex up.

Adriel mutter an enchantment under his breath and black mist started to appear from the ground and start levitating Dex up in the air, and a black rope started to appear in Adriel's hands as he hands the rope to me. I looked at him, questioningly at the rope.

"You can drag him with you, and I need your help to keep him safe, his heath is plummeting by the second, and we need to get him an antidote my spells aren't working," He looks at me, " I need both of my hands to protect you and Dex, and I can't do that if I have to look after him, so I need you thy." He smiles; it was a rare smile.

Thy… he called me by my nickname. Not right now thy, you need to focus you have a dying demigod in your hands, totally a normal day right?

I nod at him, and he once again smiles as he was about to say something else we heard another screech on the distant, and we run to the spot to see Ramses still battling the unknown, and it seems like he was not successful in killing the thing.

Ramses was all battered up, his robe was all torn and he had a big gash in hic cheeks, overall he looks like he went to hell and back, Ramses jumped on the monster as he summons another dagger and slash the things arms, the thing screech erupted as Ramses landed with a thud.

"Stay here, I'll help him," Adriel looks at me and I nod.

The thing started to trash around accidentally making Ramses goes back tumbling into the concerted ground as the thing then grows another long tentacles as it was about to crush Ramses who was still daze by things sudden hits was about to be crush when suddenly black mist started to appear and held the things tentacles.

Looking at Adriel who was also struggling to hold on then grunts, "Ramses get out of there, now!"

Not have to be told twice Ramses stood up and dash his way beside Adriel.

"Adriel… thank heavens you're here, this thing in impenetrable, it keeps swallowing my daggers and I don't know where Jacob is and Holly –" Ramses had to bit back his words on the mention of Adriel's Cerberus. Adriel's eyes flash red for a moment before he took a breath.

"we'll talk about Holly later, we need to get rid of that thing –" as they try to communicate the thing had broken free out of Yoongi's mist and started to charge towards the two demigods, it was helpless and I couldn't help at all.

I look at Dex as he was beginning to lose the color of his face more than ever, he was dying.

"Please stay strong for us Dex, we'll get help," I mutter to him.

Off the two-demigod started to jump away from the constant attack of the unknown, and it seems like the monster was getting smarter by the second since it was studying Ramses and Adriel's attack pattern it tries to slither its tentacles trying to grab them but Ramses came to the rescue as he slash the things arms again.

"Stop trying to slash its arms it grows back!" Adriel grunts.

Ramses looks at the demigod, "You have a better idea then?"

"I'll try to bind the unknown and you'll try to distract it!" Adriel shout and Ramses nods.

Adriel started to mutter speels under his breath and black shadows started to emerge from Adriel's feet and started to bind the unknown's leg. While it was worried being trapped in place trying desperately to break free.

An idea had popped out of Adriel's mind, a plan that might work.

"Ramses… distract it as long as you can, I'll try to teleport the unknown as far as I can," Hearing the plan Ramses shook his head in disagreement.

"That's suicide!"

"That's the only think we've got!" Adriel looks at Ramses," Trust me this time, please."
