"What's wrong?"

"Azriel," she nuzzled the hand Azriel had placed on her cheek. Her parents had just gone to sleep after spending the whole day on a date around New York city. Azriel had just finished showering after coming home late from California, visiting one of the company branches stationed there. She had been standing on the balcony, her mind occupied by many things. She didn't even notice Azriel walking closer.

She slowly turned around in his arms and placed both her arms around his neck, running a hand in his long hair as he placed his hands on her waist, staring straight at her, eyes filled with worry. "Tell me what's wrong, my love." He whispered, placing a firm but reassuring grip on her waist. He pried her lips apart when she started nibbling on it.
