Issei: "There was an issue!"

Issei: "I recruited someone by the name of Harada Koji and, I took him to the power level tester."

Shin: "Yes, and?"

Issei: "There was an Error!"

Shin: "What do you mean?"

Issei: "The machine is broken."

Shin: "That's impossible."

Issei: "Here look."

Shin: "What is this?"

Issei: "This is the results he got."

Shin: "Okay, he has a B-Rank… I don't see an issue."

Issei: "No, not that, his predicted rank!"

Shin: "Error?"

Issei: "Yes, error."

Shin: "Issei… Do you know what I got in my exam?"

Issei: "I have no idea."

Shin: "When I took my exam 30 years ago, my rank was: A (5.2/10) and my predictions were "Error." That means that he may be able to surpass me."

Issei: "That's impossible!"

Shin: "It is possible."

Issei: "It probably just broke… Koji doesn't seem like he will be as strong as you."

Shin: "The machine was never wrong before."

Issei: "Maybe after all of these years something was wrong."

Issei: "It could happen!"

Shin: "Nope."

Issei: "Maybe there is a possibility it just didn't work that time."
