Magic Array 2

A month passed, and Luke finally decided what he was going to do. He would try and reach level 44 as soon as possible, after which he will go and find Mark who had stolen his Dragon, and then find his little Drake.

With that baby Dragon, he should have an unlimited supply of rare myth level materials including baby dragon excretions, blood, shedding, and even saliva.

With all of this, he should be able to create an artificial lifeform that can contact the system and manage things for him, since doing it himself would make him unable to do anything else in life.

He would also need some sort of Legendary blood for his level 45 evolution. He could naturally take a mythical bloodline, however a legendary was naturally a 10000 times better, and all adult Dragons were Legendary creatures. If, while searching for Drake, he came across a real Dragon or something similar, he might be able to steal a drop or two of blood from them.

With that decided, Luke began to put his attention to the materials that were provided to him ever so graciously by MI9 and the council.

Among them was the blood of a juvenile Sea God Turtle, which was essentially incredibly large turtles who could swim underwater and in the sky, and were not only incredibly efficient when it came to energy consumption that they lived for thousands of years, some even surpassing the lifetimes of normal dragons, but even boasted the strongest defence of all living creatures. It was said that a Dragon of the same level could never harm a Sea God turtle.

Just like Dragons, Sea God turtles would naturally reach the legendary realm once they became adults, however that time would take nearly 200 years!

For their long lifespans, there creatures were hunted down and their blood was extracted for life-prolonging potions and elixirs, especially when they were not fully grown yet since adult Sea God turtles were nearly impossible to even harm, not to mention killing.

Due to this reason, the Sea God population was said to have gone extinct nearly 200 years ago when the last remaining adult Sea God turtle breathed its last, while none of the children survived. It was a species of legendary might, which had vanished from existence just like that.

'It seems like Leon had either quite a few bottles of this blood… or it has a living Sea God turtle…'

Luke quickly came to conclusions and then came back to pondering on his magic array that he would form.

Soon, he came to a decision based on the blood that was present.

And just like that, he began refining materials he had extorted… ahem, exchanged with MI9, in order for them to suit the type of array he wanted to make, while still maintaining his connection with the system and continuously handing out missions.

Within just 10 days of doing this, a system notification popped up, bringing him out of his working cycle.

===============

Intelligence Training method has been used

Intelligence has increased by 5 due to extended period of being activated. Intelligence training method cannot be used for 26 hours.

'So, there is a limit on how much it can give for each use huh? It doesn't matter, I am not doing this for Intelligence, but it is always welcome.'

The momentary pause only lasted for… a moment, after which Luke went back to making his new magic array. Naturally, he also remembered this magic array and it would be vital for his own survival.

Unlike Power-up, it was a truly powerful and rare array which required the blood of a defence-type mythical beast.

It should also be known that there were only 2 types of defence type mythical beasts that existed within this plane, and from those, one of them, who was actually a legendary bloodline had already gone extinct.

If one did not have the connections Luke had currently, they would have to go in search for the other species of living defence type beasts who only lived in extremely harsh and frozen mountains.

Luke knew that the materials he had used for the Power up array were incredible items on their own, but only resulted in a Grade 1 array due to his shabby work.

But that was not his fault. He had worked on that array in a small dusty room within his penthouse in the capital, with no other specific tools other than his magic. Furthermore, he was only creating the array vaguely from his memories.

Now, however, although the juvenile Sea God turtle blood was worth less than baby dragon blood, the rest of the materials more than compensated for that, and it could even be said that they were, in total, about 1.25 times more valuable than the materials he used for Power up.

With these materials, he was sure to reach Grade 2, especially including the top of the class, high tech equipment he got from the ever-so-gracious MI9.

While he was working, he suddenly remembered that the group of 12 players had each gotten 3 multidimensional points, but he had only gotten 1.

'It seems I will have to find those ruins in that plane once the Dimensional Gates are created in Version 3.'

With that thought, Luke got back to working, while sending out missions to the players. He also made sure to send out missions to his 'permanent servants' that he had created from the assassins.
